With so many amazing amenities, you may never want to leave the resort! Especially when you see just how beautiful, cozy, and welcoming it is inside of The Charming Crab condo.


Designed to put you in vacation mode, you`ll love the colorful, coastal décor.

The bright, airy bedroom—with a King sized bed—is spacious with plenty of closet space. In the hallway, a cheery berth accommodates a twin bunk bed. The lovely living area also has a queen sleeper sofa.

The adorable kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, cups, dishes, and utensils and equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, and coffee bar.

There is a spacious countertop / eating bar set with chairs and placemats to form a lovely dining area that flows right into the wonderful living room.

Relax on the plush, comfortable couch and put on a movie or show on the large flat screen TV. Or venture out onto your spacious private balcony with ocean views and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

When it`s time to get cleaned up, you`ll have plenty of space and storage in the roomy bathroom which has a shower with a sliding glass door.

The Charming Crab is located on the secluded West End. You’ll be less than a 10-minute drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and The Seawall, with restaurants, shops, fishing piers and more. Groceries and souvenirs are just minutes away.

Parking is located underneath the building. This unit is granted 2 parking spots.

The ocean was visible from the balcony. The room was everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives were the sofa, because it is so low, we could hardly get up from it, and the commode, same thing, it’s so low, it was difficult for us to sit and stand up from it.

Property was advertised as 1679 sq ft but was less than 600 sq ft,couch was cheap and uncomfortable,pots and pans, kitchen trash can and patio furniture are worn and need to be replaced. Paint color,flooring and decor are soothing and beachy. Pool and hot tubs were great and well maintained. Very spacious pool area and well manicured grounds.

Quick Family Getaway

Everything was fine, but the checkin instructions recently had changed and we did not k ow we had to check in at the property to obtain a wrist band for the pool and parking passes for the cars. Make sure you do this in the future.

I have booked with Connect Coastal several times and they are super helpful and prompt with communicating. The room was so great and the short walk to the beach is wonderful. Definitely will use again and recommend to others.

Summer Adventure with Grands 2025

Clean and great direct beach access which was key with two little ones. No busy street to cross and loved being able to take AC/snack breaks and get right back on the beach.

Anniversary getaway

We love this cute little condo. The decoration of the interior is so cute and beach oriented. The kitchen has everything that you need. (Only missing the coffee filters ) The restroom was clean, loved the shower. I love that you can see the sea from the kitchen area. We had a great stay we will be back

Good location just concerned with cleanliness.

First impression was very small. Really can only fit maximum a couple and 2 small kids. But perfect for a couple. The condo needed updating and more space to put groceries. We moved things around to give us some space. The sheets were old sheets that have lost their elasticity therefore the fitted sheet came off during our sleep. That in turn let us see the mattress cover that was disgusting. We called for new sheets and a new mattress cover. We bought a new quilt as a blanket and put the old sheets, mattress cover, and bedspread in the closet because we had to make the bed ourselves. They did replace both the sheets and the mattress cover, but did not hear from the owner with an apology or anything. That made us squirmish about the place overall and how unclean the place may have been. It could be a very cute place with some updates and keep the bedding CLEAN!! We loved being so close to the beach and having that view.

Great experience

Really enjoyed our stay at the Charming Crab. The property is as advertised. It was clean, close to the beach, very quiet and exactly what we wanted. Would stay here again.

Great condo

The condo was just as described and met all our needs. The condo is on the bottom floor, so the only negative is that the view of the water is partly obstructed by the property management building. If the patio furniture had the tall chairs that many of the condos have, it would help.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so nice to just walk out the back of the property right onto the beach. We went out multiple times a day. The condo was clean and had what we needed. We would stay here again.

Great fall break getaway

Condo was clean and ended up being great for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was fairly well stocked though we mainly just cooked breakfast during our stay. Access to the beach was great! Would definitely stay here again. It was my husband's first trip to Galveston and he is ready to go back!

Needs improvements

We arrived and it was an easy check-in which we were thankful for. The condo was as described but the cleanliness could have been better. I pulled blankets from the closet and it was clear they were dirty. Also the floor was squishy with water coming up out of the seams of the flooring when you stepped. I called maintenance and left message with no return called. Called back & got someone who then sent someone who came and confirmed something was wrong. He left and never came back and we never got an update. We dealt with our stuff on the floor getting wet and when we walked our feet and shoes were wet which was very frustrating. I will say the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator and air worked really good.

Charming crab

The charming crab was a very nice place, but it was not clean. The vent filter was very dirty. I called, texted and sent messages to property manager to change it but no one came to change the filter. The living room had cookies and punch spills on the floor and one of the tables . The bathroom was not clean. The beds did not look like they had been changed. Housekeeping did come and did a very good job of cleaning the place but overall I would say next time if I select this property again, please make sure it is clean before anyone else come into it. Property management stop communicating with me on the filter without changing it.

Worth it

The listing was well represented, the beach was practically private because of the great location. Lots of families enjoying the amenities but in the most responsible way! Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay

Lovely place! Pool a little small for as many people that used it. Security was excellent. Tried to contact owners regarding internet disruption with no reply.
