Welcome to Seascape Condo 2308! This is a 516 sq ft condo with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, located on the top level of the Seascape resort. Our condo is The CLOSEST TO THE BEACH that you can get in a one-bedroom unit at our resort. We have both an amazing view of the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean!

Enjoy the light ocean breeze and the soothing sound of the waves while taking a walk on the beach! Meet sunrises and sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your own balcony!

LOCATION
Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape resort.

West end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston).

HOUSE RULES
• Must be 25 years old or older to book the property. All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement. The guests must review, sign, and return the agreement within 48 hours of booking.
• No more than 4 people including kids and day-time visitors in the condo at all times.
• Our condo is not child-proofed; guests are solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party.
• No smoking (inside, outside, on the balcony, no e-cigarettes).
• No pets (inside or outside the resort).
• One car per unit (the second car can be parked depending on the availability, which is determined by our guard). Parking is located underneath and around the building.
• Wheelchairs and walkers are not suitable due to the small size of the condo.

CANCELLATION
• We have a strict 60-day cancellation policy: a 100% refund is provided if the guest cancels before 60 days before check-in; however, no refund will be issued after the 60-day mark.
• If you are concerned about the possibility of rescheduling, early departure, or cancellation for ANY reason, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. VRBO recommends CSA travel insurance company (for more information and their plans visit their website at vacationprotection.com).
