Cozy Guest House cabin on 15 acre farm-stay Sanctuary

Our cozy Guest House is ideal for a couple, small group of friends or small family (max= 4 people).

The cabin is located next to our home on Forever Young Sanctuary, a 15 acre slice of heaven in the North Georgia mountains.

We are a pet-friendly, simple living homestead with an eclectic menagerie of rescued animals including Alpacas, Donkeys and Lion-Head Bunnies.

The Guest House has a small fenced-in back yard, a back patio with a gas grill & a private fire pit stocked with dry wood.

The Forever Young Pavilion includes a large in-ground swimming pool, an eating area, a new gas grill, a large hot-tub and a spacious new bath house.

Located between Jasper & Ellijay on Burnt Mountain-- we are close to hiking, vineyards, destination mountain towns and festivals.

The hosts were very sweet and I love the. Onion they have for their farm with rescue animals. They gave us a great tour of their property and animals and my girls and I enjoyed the jacuzzi. I love that they’re pet friendly and they even made little brownies for us and a few dog treats for my dog. I would recommend and plan to revisit when the weather is a little warmer.

Karen and Kevin were both awesome hosts! We had a ton of fun. The hot tub was awesome and the guest house was also great. Highly recommend!

Great quiet location with everything you need to kick back and relax. We tried out the hot tub, then the bath house (gave us a great idea for our new bathroom). Bed was soft, but comfortable, we made breakfast each day with ample room to get the job done. The fenced yard was great for our dog, no worrying about cars on the road! Took a walk in the woods toward the winery. Very friendly hosts, too. Thank you for a great visit.

The hosts were terrific! We were greeted upon arrival and they made sure we had everything we needed. They even took the extra step and had an advent calendar to ensure we continued our family Christmas tradition while on vacation. We did the meet and greet with all the animals and even had a bon fire and made s'mores. The winery next door is a 5 minute walk and has unbelievable views. The location of this place is prime and you will not regret your decision to visit! We will certainly make every effort to come back and visit again and again! Thanks Kevin and Karen for everything! Y'all were wonderful and we were blessed to meet y'all.

Very comfortable and enjoyable mid-December stay at the Cozy Guest House! The hosts went out of their way to be available and in communication, accommodating our late arrival--sweet treats were left for us and being that it was December, the cabin was decorated to the nines with Holiday trimmings and even a Xmas tree which delighted us! The cabin had everything we could have needed--we did cook a few meals (pots/pans/condiments made it easy) and we used the big TV to relax and stream some programs with hot chocolate. Great mattress and pillows, heat worked great, wonderful hot shower. The location is a short drive from the cute town of Jasper and many scenic drives. We would definitely recommend the Cozy Guest House and would love to stay again!

Such a cute cabin! We spent a quick weekend to experience Dahlonega’s famous Christmas but would definitely come again to see everything else the area has. Hosts are amazing and thoughtful. Cabin is cozy, clean and decorated for the holidays.

Great location next to Fainting Goat, welcomed by delicious pumpkin Alpaca shaped goodies, all amenities you would need. The animals were a nice touch and our 17month old loves the cats and pup! I think the only downside was the aged septic system but that still wasnt too bad!

First, what a charming house set in a storybook setting!There is ample room and a great floor plan easily available for one or more persons. There is such enormous attention to detail from start to finish with excellent communication, to a lovely homemade alpaca cut out brownie placed on the table waiting to greet you upon your arrival. Traveling alone, I had some trepidation about safety staying in a place alone & driving to the wedding at the Tate House after dark. The owners, Kevin & Karen, offered to act as my personal Uber at a beyond reasonably low rate taking me to & from the venue. Who offers that?! Beyond superb accommodations, their empathy & kindness was unexpected & thoughtful. My only regret is that I didn’t stay an extra day to be able to explore the gorgeous grounds, the spa/pool, see the adorable alpaca pictured on their VRBO page! I guess that means I need to revisit. Seriously, staying there was truly lovely complete with the darling spotless cabin/house landscaped with pretty flowers & stone walkways, & the most thoughtful & personable hosts. Special note for anyone with an EV there is a Ford dealership with chargers about 15 minutes away, just outside downtown Jasper.

A favorite stay in the Georgia Mountains! The hosts are absolutely fabulous and have put so much work into the property. They go out of their way to ensure their guests have a lovely visit. The cabin is cozy and well equipped, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to eat or relax. The backyard is completely fenced in for a little pup or small child to be completely safe. The view from the backyard is nothing but trees. It is on a highway, but there are no steep driveways or gravel roads, and it is easy to get here – and handy to get to town - or hiking as close as one minute away. A stroll through the back of the property takes you to a vineyard within about five minutes. Or stay at the Sanctuary and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and a possible smile from an alpaca. I started planning our next visit before we even left. 100% solid choice! 3

Cozy cabin with plenty of room for four adults. One of the neatest places we’ve ever stayed. We saw alpacas and petted dogs and donkeys. The location is perfect for outings in the area. Not far from Dahlonega, Amicalola Falls, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge. Kevin and Karen are super friendly and excellent hosts. The cabin was very well-stocked. The price was unbeatable for four people.

I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. All was clean and fresh, and equipped with everything we needed. The property is kept nice and invites short walks. The hosts are accomodating and can help with ideas to keep youngins busy. I look forward to a return trip.

The property was clean and welcoming. Kevin and Karen were very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. They even have a delightful bathhouse. We do recommend Forever Young Sanctuary. Will look to stay there again when we return to that area.

This is the perfect little getaway, the house was very cute, comfortable and clean. The deck was the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning and relax during the afternoon. Feeding the alpacas and meeting the donkeys and bunnies during the Meet and Greet was definitely a highlight of the stay. 5 stars all around.

We chose Jasper, GA as our location as it was close enough to Atlanta to be at Hartsfield Airport in less than two hours a& far enough from the city (Atlanta and Jasper!) to be in the quietude and beauty of the North Georgia mountains everyday.

Guests wake up to the sights and sounds of a functioning Animal Sanctuary.

Guests are invited to enjoy an educational, hands-on "Meet-n-Greet" with our animals (donkeys, alpacas and bunnies) for a modest $20 donation per family.

The picnic pavilion, hot-tub, swimming pool, and Bath House are all available to our Guests at no additional charge.
