Create a vacation and escape to paradise in my one bedroom beachfront condo at beautiful Seabrook Island, South Carolina.

Unbelievable rates!!

Seabrook is an incredibly beautiful barrier island 25 miles from Charleston's historic district -- where the beaches are unspoiled and not crowded, where deer are routinely seen at dusk and early morning and dolphins swim along side as you walk on the beach.

A place where, if you like the out-of-doors, boredom is not a possibility!

A private island only open to guests and owners. It is enclosed by beautiful beaches on two sides - for walking, sunning, horseback riding, fishing, or just sitting and the remaining two sides offer tidal marshes with its meandering creeks, perfect for kayaking, crabbing or observing some of the more than 150 species of birds found on the island.

A stay and play resort that offers 2 championship golf courses, great tennis, equestrian center, deep sea fishing and so much more.

Amazing location

Amazing location on the island! We sat on the deck and watched deer every morning and evening. Best sunset views on the island.

Wonderful views!

Dealing with the property owner was amazing! The views from this cute condo were perfect. Would definitely stay here again- even if just for the sunsets!

two weeks at Pelican Watch

The location was outstanding and the condo was excellent. The kitchen was a bit small and the decor maybe a bit dated but neither detracted from the experience. We had a great time.

Beautiful scenery!!

Had a great time ! Walked the beach with pup everyday and used the workout facilities daily! Best sunsets ever!

Perfect beach vacation

Can’t wait to repeat the experience. An ideal location, very comfortable with plenty of sunshine, exceptional beaches, and very pet friendly. Location was ideal for beach walks, biking, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Can’t wait to return.

Location, amenities and hospitality - this place has it all!

The condo has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and the beach club has a pool, food and drinks, and golf. The owner communicated very well and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location

Annual Seabrook visitor and so enjoyed the proximity this property has to the beach. The covered back deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee and deer watching. We even enjoyed the pop up summer storms. The property is clean and well appointed with everything you need for your vacation. Many thanks to Harriet for her hospitality. We had another awesome stay on Seabrook!

Perfect Location for Relaxation

Wake up. Take the dog to the beach and watch him chase birds and inspect jelly fish. Say hello to the dolphins in the morning and evening as we walked the 2 miles round trip to the point. Like I said, perfect for relaxing.

Everything was fine with the property. We left early because there were not enough restaurants on Seabrook Island where one could eat outside with a pet.

Great experience

We have had many anniversary celebrations in our 52 years of marriage. Usually spent at Seabrook or Kiawah Islands. This trip was our villa was one of the best ever. The villa is updated and very nicely decorated. Clean with comfortable bed and large sofas plus a very nice chair with an ottoman. The location is one of the best on Seabrook. Look out the living room while seated and see the ocean where it meets the mouth of the Edisto River. We saw dolphins swim by and deer in the small dunes. Even saw a piebald deer. The first in my life. Sunsets are God’s work and breathtaking. Harriet is such a great host and communicates very well. We will definitely be recommending 1319 PelicanWatch to family and friends.

This condo was not acceptable...

The condo was dirty and the couches were filthy and could not be slept on. The oven did not work and I was not told where to find the amenity card so I couldn't use it. Apparently soap, detergent and dishwashing detergent are not provided, but I did not know that in advance. I will not stay here again.

As with any away owner, we put a lot of responsibility in the cleaning service to clean but also to let us know when things are broken or damaged by renters. Mrs. Turner and I spoke on the Wednesday after they had checked in on the Saturday the 23rd. I promptly called GE service to handle the stove.Made a appointment for the same day, but because of her schedule, she would not be able to meet with the repairman. I would have been down there that day, but it I had family in town for a family-birthday dinner.I promptly made the appointment for the next day and met the repairman. It was a burned out element that was replaced on the spot. The couch has been cleaned. I do not furnished any of the issues that was addressed by the renter. Matter of fact, when she brought this to my attention, I checked with some of my fellow renters. They do as I do as far as leaving a roll of paper towels and rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. Once again, this has been asked that the cleaning service handle this request for each renter.As to amenitity pass, it is not my responsibility to let renters use this card.. Mrs Turner had asked during the week about using it. Her Father lives on the island and has belongs to the club also... I know she has 2 small children and I am a MeMe, so I told her where I keep it. Matter of fact, my daughter checked in right after Mrs. Turners stay and had no problem finding it.This is the first time in the 20 years that I have encounted such a response. I did send Mrs. Turner a letter and offering a payment , but I have yet to hear from her. Also, I had made a commitment with a builder to add a beach chandlier, fans, plantation shutters,paint and so much more. He ran into a problem with a family crisis and the regime's rule when such improvements can be made.I have contacted him for a new date to start with the work.

Location Location Location

If I had to narrow it down to one thing (which is difficult), this condo and subdivision is perfectly situated on Seabrook Island. It’s a quick little boardwalk trot to the beach, which is always in view, a leisurely walk to restaurants in the beach and pool club and a beautiful drive off of the island to explore other areas. After booking it, Harriet used the phrase “Get ready for the island to take you over.” Of course that made me smile in anticipation. But then it actually happened. We saw nine deer on our first drive onto the island and to the unit and upon entering witnessed, with perfect timing, the most glorious sunset I think I’ve ever seen. We saw dolphins, egrets, storks, pelicans and an eagle! Harriet was so kind and responsive! The place was very comfortable, and really felt like home. We spent a great deal of time walking the beach and sitting on the balcony with our pup, who was also a huge fan. We can’t wait to come back.

You don't always get what you pay for

We have stayed at Pelican Watch condos many times and this place was the worst. When you shower in one bathroom, the sewer overflows in the other, when you flush the toilet the kitchen sink bubbles.We told the host and she did nothing. The first night was cold and no blanket to be found. When we contacted the host about the plumbing, we asked about the blanket she told us about a key for the closet and. Wow! Everything was hidden in this closet. The first morning we couldn't have a cup of coffee because we forgot coffee filters. Now most places, people leave things like coffee filters and paper plates. Nope they were hidden in the closet as well. Then a few days later we found a blanket in front of the door. Not in a bag. Just there on the ground. The place was not well kept and I really don't understand why anyone needs to hide everything ever left behind (salt and pepper, coffe filters, paper plates etc.) We will not be back.

I take all of my rentals very personal as I have been renting since 1993. and have a wonderful come backers. This one is an exception. I had a renter b4 this one and there was no complaint. Once I received the complaint , On Monday i left a message for our manager of the property. Left a message Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally someone called me back to let me know that the manager was out of town. On Friday, they came out and called a service for Saturday. The service found that it was a tree root caused the backup and it freak of nature. The blanket is a mystery. Renters sometimes make your possessions theirs. I do not know where the front door blanket came from. I was honest enough to give them permission to my personal closet where the comments begin. First of all I provide for my renters use of fine China for their meals as I represented the company. The cleaning service leaves starters including coffee filters. Enough said...

Beautiful, comfortable, clean property! Wonderful views, convenient to clean, gorgeous beach. Photographer’s dream with vast wildlife and spectacular sunsets. Private, secure location. Friendly neighbors and fellow guests. Convenient to shopping and dining options. Owner is very thoughtful and a pleasure to know.

Spectacular View

The property owner was super responsive and easy to work with. The deck and the view were our favorite part of our stay. Conveniently located and pet friendly.

Perfect tranquil getaway

This property is perfectly located on Seabrook Island. Beautiful views of the dunes and the beach are also accompanied by an abundance of wildlife. The condo is beautifully decorated ,maintained and well equipped. All you need to do is unpack, enjoy the condo and everything Seabrook Island has to offer. My husband and I as well as our two fur babies have found our place to call home whenever we stay at Seabrook in the future! Thank you Harriet for allowing us to stay at your condo and making our holiday getaway perfect.
