This guest booked for 6 persons, and did not show up upon check in and did not notify us of any changes to her booking. She said her spouse was there and would be joining him in a few days. They constantly exceeded the overall guests maximum. They allowed the access code to be shared by numerous people. They never explained and alluded to how large of a family or guests they really would have visiting them, which was dishonest. They treated our property like it was a REST STOP or GRAND CENTRAL STATION, which was not disclosed by them when they originally book. Shame on us for not asking more questions, noticing the red flags or simply canceling the reservation. They should have rented a catering hall or a property that can hosts 15-20 people comfortably. Numerous folks were constantly coming in and out of the home with change of clothing and luggage at various times throughout their stay and it was excessive. They left the property unsecured for hours and my property manager was notified. Upon check out departure & inspection there were damages that will hopefully be covered.
