Excellent all around

Our villa was exactly as described. Perfect for two (to three) families to stay very comfortably. Incredibly clean. Host was very communicative and responsive for super minor issues (resolved seamlessly same day). Property is safe, well maintained and just off the main busier loud street but still walkable to the beach and lovely restaurants. Outdoor area was lovely - we hosted a chefs dinner for our group and another, and it was dreamy! Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful Home. Responsive Service. Unforgettable Experience.

This is a gorgeous property tucked away off one of the Playa Guiones roads leading off the highway. It is a block away from one of the beach trails leading to Playa Guiones, a block away from a gorgeous walking trail that takes you to downtown Guiones, and 1-2 blocks away from the main shops, bars, and restaurants of North Guiones. The home had everything we could ask for in terms of amenities typical of a high-end beach rental. Wi-fi was generally reliable and fast. There are bathrooms in every bedroom. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 to congregate indoors or outdoors, or to rest in any of the 5 bedrooms. The pool area in particular was fantastic. While the pool is not overly large, it is a perfect size and depth to cool off and enjoy the expansive back yard looking out into the Guiones forest with all its flora and fauna. And the A/C kept the indoor space cool and comfortable.What set the home apart for me, however, was the responsive service from the property manager. At one point I messaged them that the remote for one of the televisions was not functioning properly. Within a couple hours, someone came to see if they could fix it. Of course this was a very minor issue because I don't travel to Nosara to watch TV. But sending someone to help address this very minor issue almost immediately was shocking and indicative of the high level of service we received throughout our stay. Easy five star rating and would definitely try to book again.

Great property close to the beach. Victor, our house manager, was excellent. He provided airport transfers, beer and waters in the fridge when we arrived, and plenty of recovery recommendations for restaurants and things to do while we were in Nosara. House was clean, modern, and suited all our needs. I highly recommend for your next trip to Costa Rica!

Retirement family vacation

Beautiful property! Victor and Carmelina’s beachside villa was exactly what we were hoping for. 8 adults and a baby and there was was more than enough room in the villa. We walked everywhere, beach, restaurants, grocery store, yoga studio…., location was great. Huge dining table on the patio was great for family dinners and when it was too hot we used the huge island in the kitchen for family meals. Beds were comfortable. A very quiet, clean and private villa. Everyone enjoyed the pool as well. We hope to return in 2027!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the beachside villa. The villa is very modern, clean, and beautiful. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Majestic Luxury

The location, amenities, floor plan, architecture, comfort, and cleanliness were outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. The patio and pool area are spectacular. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, market, and shops are just minutes walking. Hosts were very kind, professional, and helpful with everything.Overall, our stay was fantastic, beyond expectations!!

Beautiful Villa in the Perfect Location

This was our 2nd trip to Nosara and we couldn't have picked a better place for our group to stay. The property is next door to a wonderful Italian restaurant and steps from the beach. The house is in immaculate condition. We loved the massive guanacaste tree providing a canopy over the back patio. The pool was cleaned regularly by staff. The property is beautifully designed. The hosts communicated clearly throughout our stay. We plan to return next year!

What a beautiful place and what a thoughtful, amazing host. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful house, with a better location. And Victor did everything to make our trip perfect. Great accommodations!!

Group of 10 friends, bedroom spacious, good storage, fan and a/c. Bathroom and walk in shower great. Gourmet kitchen, everything needed to prepare meals. We prepared five breakfasts, lunches and four dinners. Used grill. Great seating area inside with large TV. Used washer and dryer. Pool, outside dining with great seating and ceiling fans. Enjoyed wildlife drinking coffee in am. Very secure and Victor always available for thoughts/suggestions. Plumbing issue and repair people onsite within 45 minutes. Midweek cleaning a surprise and appreciated. Walkable beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

The property was very roomy with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The pool was amazing and the kitchen had every culinary tool needed for dinners made at the house. The beds were comfortable and bathroom and showers clean and updated. Enjoyed our stay!!

A Bit of Heaven

This home was immaculate. 10 minute walk to the beach with our boards. Great restaurants close by. A short jaunt to the grocery. It was nice having the big screen TV for some late night chilling. Looking forward to our next time!

This villa is totally private and backs onto the natural jungle - it is also home to one of the most stunning Guanacaste trees in the region, the locals call it the "heart of nosara". A beautiful Balinese stone pool graces the backyard and the large custom made dinning table is perched next to the jungle for a true experience of outdoor dining and lounge.
Open the wall to wall glass doors for true indoor / outdoor living - BEACHSIDE VILLAS features a misting system surrounding the villa that systematically protects from mosquitos , again enhancing your comfort levels.
