Tranquil villa with amazing ocean, surf, beach and sunset views of Playa Guiones

Villa Gullwing is a tranquil ocean view home in the prestige 'Las Huacas' EE section on top of Playa Guiones. The villa is over 3,000 square feet of custom Mediterranean design with high, elegant cathedral wood ceilings, and a spacious living area that opens to a large patio, ideal to spend time with family and friends.

Enjoy amazing sunsets, the sound of the ocean, and offshore breezes, and watch the surfers below. And more likely, you will be joined by monkeys, iguanas, coatis, and a wide variety of birds and butterflies who like to hang out in the well-maintained gardens and pristine jungle surrounding.

In the heat of the afternoon enjoy the freshness of the crystal clear saltwater pool connected to the terrace or use the outdoor shower.
The property is situated on 2/3 acres(2,850 square meters) with plenty of green space and jungle privacy to separate the house from neighboring properties. "Las Huacas" is a special community with 24/7 security, a guard station on the bottom of the dead-end paved road leading up to the top of the hill, and roving security guards.
The house offers all the comforts you expect in an ocean view villa. Amenities include remote control mini split AC units, ceiling fans in every room and fast wireless internet.

At the entry-level is the "Great room" with a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, a breakfast bar, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, and coffee machine.

On the same level, you connect to the guest bedroom suite with two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. There is a private ensuite bath, AC, and ceiling fan. On this same level is a utility room with a washer, dryer, and a safe.

A master suite with a king bed is half a flight upstairs from the Great room. It also has a private bath, AC, Ceiling fan, and a separate outside veranda with patio chairs.

Downstairs is a third bedroom with a private entrance as well as sliding glass doors that lead to the stairs to the pool. It has a private bath, 1 King Bed plus a love seat that can be turned into a single bed. This bedroom has AC and a Ceiling fan.

All beds in the house have super comfortable mattresses.

The outdoor patio is equipped with custom-built furniture and lounges, a "Guanacaste wood" table for up to 10 persons, and Hunter ceiling fans. For entertainment, you can connect to "Bluetooth" outdoor speakers.

There is a 660-gallon water backup system, since there have been intermittent shut-offs by the water company because of water shortages or pipe repairs. A new water-softer system installed Oct 2022.

The property is fenced and walled in with a remote-controlled electric gate and offers room for secured off-street parking for several vehicles.

Please note that our regular check-in hours are between the hours of 2 pm-6:30 pm and check-outs are on or before 10:00 am. For check-ins between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm, a $50 payment will be payable to the person that meets you at the house. We are sorry, but we do not accept check-ins after 9:30 pm.

The house has a security camera that is turned off during guest stays.
