Do you like watching the water, seals and deer while on your zoom call?
A perfect get away for enjoying time away in a peaceful and perfectly appointed home. The views are spectacular any time of year!

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, well stocked kitchen and outdoor space. This home is perfect for quick get aways, family events and more.

If you want to explore there are a number of little towns, hikes, national parks and farmers markets a short drive away. Want to stay put? Relax on the deck and roast marshmallows or enjoy a game night with several provided board games.

Includes high speed internet (700mg), smart TV, BBQ, and washer/dryer. In addition, we have a Peloton and workout room. Office setup (monitor, keyboard, printer). We also have a portable crib, highchair and toddler appropriate toys. We have 2 Kayaks for use (release form required)

Friendly dogs welcome. (Property not fully fenced yet)

We had the most amazing stay! Everything is great- I’m a details person and there were cute little details everywhere! Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely book again and usually I always feel like we could find a better place. A better place doesn’t exist!

Beautiful cabin; Hosts were responsive and patient; cabin was well stocked with everything from dog toys, child toys, towels, kitchen items, and comfortable beds; quiet; beach front, and an osprey pair nesting in the back yard. We had a truly awesome visit.

We booked this place to try somewhere new—my family and I visit Shelton every summer. The kids weren’t too thrilled with the muddy beach, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I do wish the weather had been a bit warmer—it was in the 70s and a little windy, but that’s out of anyone’s control.The house was very clean and easy to find, which we really appreciated. The pillows were a bit firm for me—I woke up with a sore neck. Funny enough, the kids ended up sleeping on the couch—not because the beds or pillows were bad, but just because they liked the couch (haha).Overall, our stay was great!

Perfect Retreat

The house has a great layout and sits on a beautiful wooded lot. The view of the water is perfection and overall it was a great place to get away from the grind of the city. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We will definitely be back. Completely worth it.

Our new favorite go to place. Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, a complete wildlife and birding show all day. Very accommodating hosts!!

Adorable cabin on the water

Terrific cozy cabin, amazing view of the water, comfy beds, extremely well appointed kitchen (everything you might need and more), comfy beds, dog friendly (there’s even a large crate and several dog beds/blankets available). Peloton bike in the shed. Nice deck, fire pit, short path to the beach. A/C window units throughout. We brought our kayaks- saw lots of sea lions! Lovely and responsive hosts - thank you for the delicious wine!! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Serene and cozy

We had such a nice time, we stayed an extra day. This was the perfect getaway home to spend a casual thanksgiving weekend in. A quiet, comfy home right on the edge of the inlet was so perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with, and the hosts replied quickly to my questions. As far as location, you aren’t right in Shelton, which is great. We visited, but definitely preferred the quiet of this location. Thank you!

Beautiful grounds and comfortable home

Felt like home away from home. The house was very comfortable. Morning coffee on the deck was amazing. Grounds were perfect. Anytime I go to WA I hope to be booking this property again.

Family time

I spent five days with my daughter and youngest son. I can’t thank the owners enough for all the amenities…from the makings for SMORES to a bottle of Syrah. We enjoyed the bottle of wine together, dinner on the deck watching the sunset, and a swim. I especially enjoyed my morning espresso while enjoying the peace and quiet and the gorgeous view.

A Peaceful Waterside Retreat

This house is all about the view. We spent a long weekend watching the ospreys and deer, the sunsets and sea life. We had everything we needed and slept well.

lovely, comfortable getaway

Within an hours, our family was completely engaged with the Osprey nest at the top of the tree. This is definitely a longer-term stay because there is a rhythm to the water and the tides and the long sunset that can really be appreciated over a week or so. I loved being here For some reason, I thought they were kayaks that were available for used to us, and they were not there. Excellent resource on the boots, cornhole, kids toys, Thank you very much

Beautiful relaxation spot

We - my husband, dog, and I - all had a wonderful time at Tabitha and Dan's place. You get beautiful views of the water from the comfortable kitchen/living space, and the back doors open up to a nice-sized deck and a short trail leading down to the beach. The water was gentle and warm enough for us to take out our paddle board and float around the inlet. We saw deer, beaver, osprey, heron, and more! It's a quiet spot with much to explore around this area.
