The cabin is fully appointed and the host is responsive.The location is great, quiet and peaceful while still being close enough to Elijay for shopping and dining.

The host was very prompt and welcoming. The cabin was amazing and equipped with everything you could think of. The area and neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I loved it and would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Our family gathered here to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for our occasion. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather, relax, laugh, and celebrate our amazing mom. This is a place we will always remember fondly.The host was also wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.We would absolutely recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway, especially for families or groups wanting to make special memories together. We hope to come back again someday!

Laura is the EPITOMY of a 5 star host! She answered quickly to ANY question, and her housekeeper, Kim, is onsite at the drop of a hat.Our wedding was held by the firepit, which my future son-in-law, made look like it had never been used before! The host did not leave any stone unturned. There was an entire book outlining how to do everything!We did not have the opportunity to use the firepit nor the hot tub...busy making time to ensure we were prepared for our small, intimate wedding (total of the 9 of us, including the bride and groom).My only dislike was trying to figure out the streaming service, which was definitely on myself and my NOW husband. LOL!

Absolutely lives up to the name of God’s Window, beautiful amazing, breath taking. Rooms are huge, comfortable beds, so much to do you didn’t have to leave the cabin, game room with a bar, hot tub and fire pit that made this home absolutely solitude and refreshing to start a new year. Clean and spacious for family. Cannot wait to book again for this piece of heaven.

Great Getaway

Beautiful property. Great location for day trips to nearby Fort Mt and Amicalola State parks. Owner was attentive and responsive to all questions and home was well-cared for. Our family had such a wonderful time - game room downstairs was a BIG hit!.

Host was great, place was beautiful, with lots of cool little decor touches. They have tried to anticipate how to be sure their guests have what they need. Plenty things to entertain you while there. A few extra pillows would be good for those of us that need more than one.

The cabin was beautiful and the area is so nice. Even though it rained on a few of our days, we still were able to get out and enjoy Ellijay and surrounding areas. Our host was very responsive. There was a minor issue before we checked in with the hot tub and she notified us immediately and it was repaired the next day. The cabin was very clean and everything you could possibly need is available.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is lovely - plenty of room for the whole family. The beds are comfortable, the game room was a big hit. The kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed for family dinners. We made smores in the firepit, which was our grandkids' favorite thing. The river in the neighborhood was on repeat - so beautiful and fun to visit. The owner, Laura was a huge help and very communicative to offer anything we could need. We went for the apple festival and the orchards were close by so that was convenient. We will definitely return!

Better than we could have dreamed!

We meet my sister and her family and had plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen had great pots and pans and cooking utensils for great home-made family meals. We played games around the huge georgous kitchen table. The basement was awesome for family bonding. The beds were very comfy. There is so much to do in LIJ and the house is at a great location. The private fishing hole was loved by the kids. Our dog loved all the outside time. The entire town is very dog friendly. Laura was great and very responsive!

My family and I throughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. My granddaughter is special needs and she had a wonderful experience as well. The cabin is very cozy and well maintained. The area itself is absolutely gorgeous. The river was an amazing experience for our family as well. We enjoyed visiting the local community pool, which was a huge hit for my granddaughter. The game room was so much fun as well. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious. The host was very friendly and quick to answer any questions or issues that we had. Honestly there wasn’t really any issues, just a WiFi connection (due to no fault of the host) and was quickly addressed and resolved! The only thing I can see that could be resolved is that the trash space is quite small and fills quickly, especially with a large family staying a week. Again, I reached out to the host and immediately the trash was picked up. I fully recommend this cabin to any family looking to enjoy the experience of the north Georgia mountains! You won’t be disappointed! The area is so quiet and peaceful. Not to mention that there are so many things to do and see with your family!
