The house is in a spectacular location, right on the beach with a clear view to amazing sunsets. The house is a little run down - donā€™t expect a five star resort experience, but very comfortable in a five star location.

Location was AMAZING!! House was perfect for our group, felt like home:) the in law suite provided perfect privacy for us AND the other couple we were vacationing with. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better vacation. Management was A, responded to water leak in driveway before we even realized that there was one. Thanks for a great getaway!

The house is beautiful! I have stayed in several rental houses in the area and I have to say that this house is the cleanest of all of them by far! It was immaculate! The host, Andrew, was very nice and helpful. The location is amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing you beautiful home with us!

The location of this house is amazing! I have never seen so many shells on a beach ever. The house is characterful comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The host responded very quickly to any question or concern. We had such a lovely time. We would stay here again.

The view from the wrap around deck, and from the living room and bedroom was fantastic! Right on the beach. You can view the best sunsets ever. The kitchen is stocked with most what you need for preparing meals. The extra ā€œguest roomā€ was a very special touch. Added privacy. The decor is comfortable throughout. The area was hit by a hurricane a few years ago, and there is a lot of work being done on homes and yards up and down the key. Andrew was responsive with any issue I had.

We absolutely loved this unique house on the beach! Watch sunset, saw dolphins, found shark teeth, stargazing it was just perfect for my husband and I. Stunning beach views from the entire home. Well stocked full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, soft sheets, lots of pillows. Cant wait to enjoy it again soon!

We really loved staying at this property. house was bigger than it appeared in the pictures, the host addressed any questions we had, and i'd stay there again without hesitation. we actually tried to extend our stay because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

My husband and I had the best time! The ocean is your front yard. Amazing views of the sunset and ocean. The house is very private, full deck and screened area. Great spot to watch sunsets and have dinner! the beach in front of the house is not busy and we found hundred of sharks teeth, saw shooting stars, and manatees. We will be staying again!

Relaxing beachfront

Great location on a nice beach close to the water. The house is older and could use some updating and a little TLC (towels and linens, in particular, are due for a refresh). The layout is spacious and comfortable, however, and the separate guest house for the second bedroom is a plus. We would return again.

Spectacular beach front property

Outstanding stay at home steps from the beach. My two college age sons stayed at the accompanying villa and my husband and I stayed in the main house. Fully functioning kitchen with everything you need including out door grill. Private and quiet. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Book this one! Private and gorgeous views. Sit on the deck in the main house and gaze at the water or watch amazing sunsets! Better than the pictures. Found thousands of shark teeth! Comfortable and in-law cottage a huge bonus! Will be back!

Truly paradise

This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. Andrew got back to me immediately and had someone out that next day. No issues with the AC or anything else the whole time. I would totally recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back. I would say the only potential downfall is how close it is to the public beach. People were trekking down all the way and sitting right in front of the house. There is also a path from the road, along side the house, people were coming out the woodwork to the beach. Everyone was friendly but it could have been a bit more private. Everything else made it so worth it.

Disappointing

The house itself is nice but itā€™s showing some age and could use a bit of TLC (older carpet in bedroom, bathrooms that could use updating and curtains in the living area that were frayed). The location is nice, and we had only a few people from the public beach approximately 400 yds away. The beach is more of a shelling beach than the white sand beaches of St. Petersburg but more private. There is a bit of a steep drop off when entering the water so for those with children you may want to take note. The most disappointing aspect was the very slow responsiveness from the manager. It sometimes took hours for any response and did not turn out to be the relaxing vacation we'd hoped. Over the course of the week we encountered the following issues: Initially unable to enter the home (clearer instructions would help) TV in the living area had no cable service (Comcast resolved the following day: Monday) Gas grill was filthy and did not initially work (Handyman changed connections, we cleaned: Tuesday) Electrical issues with flickering lights, non-working outlets and A/C that stopped running (panel replaced) Tuesday Leaking hot water heater (connection only but took 2 days to resolve) No hot water for 2 days ā€“ finally resolved Wednesday evening Given that this was a ā€˜birthday tripā€™ husband (Birthday was Tuesday) and we had so many issues to deal with, it was not the best experience and I cannot recommend.
