Bring your water toys and have a blast in our beautiful Bear Lake waterfront property. We are located in Laketown on the south side of the lake where it is peaceful and quiet but within 15 minutes of all the amenities of Garden City. Enjoy beach access to swim, paddle board and boat. The beach is perfect for the little ones to sit and make sand castles while you relax in the beautiful summer sunshine.

We love this house right on the water! No rush to get to one of the beaches. The grass is beautiful and the little ones play all over on the grass. We have everything we need when we are there.

Great Family Spot

We had so much fun with the kids here. It was a great spot for them since it was lake front. We could stay at the house all day and still have the bear lake experience. Plenty of room for all of us and the hostess was so helpful and nice! Would definitely go again!

Great place.

The owners are very nice and helpful when we had questions. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for all us. Patio and grass are great to hang out and relax after play hard all day.

Absolutely wonderful!

This lakeside house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room, very clean and right on the water! We played for hours and hours in the lake! The owners were on property for our stay and were amazing! Very friendly and even launched our boat for us! We will definitely be coming back!

Great waterfront location

The location right on the beach can't be beat. Our kids swam right off the beach every day. Although the house is small, it has a lot of bedrooms, and we comfortably fit two families (9 people) in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/coffee-makers/etc as well. Sherri was a great host, very easy to communicate with.

Summer 2024 family trip

This property was beautiful! Right on the water and just the right size. Kitchen was lovely and the extra refrigerator was so helpful. The property was clean and well kept. Our family enjoyed not having the pressure of packing up every morning and heading to a beach. We had our own private part of the lake! We loved it!

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

We vacationed with 7 adults and three children. There was more than enough room for us not to be on top of each other. Since the water is high, it wasn't much of a beach, but the water was wonderful when you go past the reeds. We enjoyed watching the sun set while swimming and grilling on the wonderful patio. I would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Perfect weekend!

We loved our stay at Lakefront Getaway! The home was beautifully updated With more room than it seems from the outside. Each bedroom was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen/living area was comfortable and provided AMAZING views of the lake. They kitchen was well stocked with every possible utensil, dish, and pan. And the two fridges gave plenty of space to store food. The beach access was perfect for us to walk right to the water from the back door, and the sandy area was a favorite for the kids to build sand castles and fly kites. The patio has plenty of shady eating areas and comfortable seating with perfect lake views. Our host Sherri was very responsive and accommodating. We would happily stay here again!
