DREAM and let it be.... Make our condo your annual vacation fun spot! It's easy to find and is paved to the door...NO STEPS, Screened in Patio & NEW Modern Electric Fireplace! The Ledges is located at the 21 milemarker and right in the heart of Osage Beach. All of the fun and activites the lake has to offer is close by for your convenience. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart tracks and any restaurants and night clubs are within seven minutes to the Ledges. For the golfers, many courses are just a short ride away.. Close by is Aqua Toys where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft. You can launch your boat and keep your trailer at Surdyke, right down the road.. The Ledges complex offers two swimming pools, a sandy beach area to swim, fishing off the docks and a playground for the kids! OUR BOAT SLIP IS AVAILABLE TO RENT.

Lake of the Ozarks (Osage Beach) State park, medical facilities (you pass the Lake Regional Hospital on the way in), and loads of other fun stuff to do. An airport is within 'minutes' for those that fly in!
This unit is ALL BRAND NEW / TOTALLY REMODELED!
This is a FIRST FLOOR (NO Steps) spacious NON-SMOKING unit that overlooks the main channel. We just updated with ALL NEW APPLIANCES! The deck has comfortable furniture to enjoy the great view. It overlooks the most popular area of the Lake of the Ozarks. Rest in comfort in the KING-SIZED beds, each with its own bath and cable TV.

The living area has a 50" Flatscreen TV over the fireplace.
Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and other water sport activities while relaxing on your private screened in balcony. It faces the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker.


If you have a boat, inquire as to the availability of our 10 x 30 boat slip.

We think you'll REALLY enjoy our condo and will come back year after year. Our goal is to have 'HAPPY REPEAT VACATIONERS.'

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* No grills permitted (Propane or Charcoal). This includes any candles.
*No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
*NO smoking/pets.
*Check-in time: 4pm
*Check-out: 11 am.
*Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.
*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

The location is amazing and the unit is beautiful. The only negative were the people in the unit above, which is uncontrollable. They were loud and were moving furniture or something until 2:00 in the morning. But I would gladly stay here again and just hope nobody was in the unit above. The views are amazing. Great place to stay.

Location is very good, balcony overlooking the lake was very nice. Well appointed condo that has everything needed. Communication was very good and easy to access what was needed. The time we stayed there were loud neighbors who also smoked and were up late, which is not under this condo owners control but did take away from the overall experience unfortunately. Despite that, we were happy with everything else and enjoyed the stay and the area.

This was ideal for us as this is our 2nd year staying at the Ledges. We love that this is one of a few units that have a screened in balcony but the screening really needs a good exterior cleaning. Regardless of that we’d stay again, and being street level was wonderful.

Easy access and no steps, very clean and comfortable, loved the balcony and lake view, also the fireplace ambiance. Osage Beach town was nice and proximity to activities and parks was convenient. Highly recommend!

Place is exactly as pictured, nice, and clean. The views are beautiful. The screened in porch was great because there were a lot of wasps flying around and they couldn't get to us. The straight walk from the parking lot was nice with luggage and groceries not having to go up stairs. Location is great and near lots of great restaurants and activities. This is our second time renting from this person (did a different until previously in building 10) and the communication and directions were great.

Good location. Nice VRBO. Could have done without the screened in deck. Diminished the view somewhat and it was very dirty. No coffee to be found but there were coffee makers.

Perfect for a quiet getaway! Our first ever girls only vacation and it couldn't have been any better. The view was phenomenal! Parking was right next to the building with no stairs, which was great for grandma. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need cook a meal. There was even games to play for evening fun on the patio.
I already miss waking up to this view from the main bedroom.

The pool are was very hard to get to. Go all the way across the parking lot then down 4 flights of stairs. We were all in are 70's so if hard to do.
