With its crisp, classic interiors and roomy layout, The Pine & Palms is perfect for multi-family vacations and memorable group reunions. Renters must be over 27 years of age (no spring breakers or other student groups permitted).

The Living Space:
Enter a spacious Great Room with plush seating, a 65” Smart TV, high ceilings, and french doors overlooking the tropical backyard and garden style pool. The nearby dining area features a 12-person dining table that can be supplemented with 6 bar stools at the large kitchen island.

Private Tropical Backyard and Pool:
Mix a cocktail at the pool-side wet bar and toast to the paradise that is beach life. Around the pool you’ll find 10 lounge chairs, 8 bar stools and a group seating area that sits 6. Everyone can spend time together and find space for themselves.

Kitchen Amenities:
The Pine & Palms is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home… Samsung refrigerator/freezer, Bosch cooktops and double ovens, all ready for your next feast. You’ll also find a coffee bar sure give you the cup you’re looking for with an espresso machine, milk steamer, bean grinder, 12 cup coffee machine and french press. Later in the day if you’re looking for something a little stronger you’ll find a wide assortment of bar essentials from shakers, to wine glasses, to champagne flutes, to whiskey glasses and more. No reservations required!

The Pine & Palms also has a gas grill out on the deck—perfect for post-beach burgers! You won’t even have to worry about refilling the propane; we’ve taken care of every detail of your experience here.

Beds:
3 King beds and 6 Queen beds wrapped in Turkish cotton 410TC sheets (we use the same sheets and towels as the W Hotel in Miami). Each King bed holds 6 pillows and Queen beds hold 4. All mattresses are high quality 2022 Therapedic Beaumont Euro Tops bringing you comfort to the last minute of your day.

The property features security cameras on the exterior of the home facing the street.

Pool/Spa Heater:
The spa thermostat will be set to 102F / 39C at no charge. Swimming pools contain very large amounts of water and the energy that must be expended to heat swimming pools is substantial. Pool heat is available at a cost of $50 per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat the swimming pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater.

*Damage Waiver Fee:
To enhance your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included in your booking. This fee covers incidental damages up to a specified amount, ensuring that minor mishaps won't disrupt your vacation or result in additional costs. Please note that this fee does not cover extensive damages, and guests remain responsible for the care of the property during their stay.

For the beach:
10 folding chairs, a small cooler and a small supply of kids sand toys, these are found in the game room on the shelf

This centrally located Indian Rocks Beach escape puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like Busch Gardens amusement park . Wildlife-lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Largo Central Park Nature Preserve, dolphin-watching cruises, and ZooTampa. Visitors love Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve for its lush mangroves, trails, and boardwalk. And that’s just the beginning!

No smoking inside, you can smoke outside but please be at least 15 feet from any door or window to prevent the interior from smelling of smoke. It should go without saying but if you do smoke please pick up after yourself and don’t put out cigarettes on furniture, the house, the patio, etc…
No pets, there is a $500 fine if it is found that there was a pet at the property.
No unregistered guests, $100 fine per person, per night, for unregistered guests.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests are responsible for their own safety.
Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedrooms.
Please adhere to quiet hours of 10 pm to 9 am.
Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $100/10 minute past 10am checkout fee if not arranged in advance.
Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
