We had a great stay! The home was very welcoming and had everything we needed! Host was fantastic and even made sure we had a working grill the next day!

Great house - great cove

Overall the house is great with an updated kitchen and great access to water and a huge dock

Felt at home as soon as we walked in the front door.

Very quiet neighborhood Our 90 year old aunt enjoyed the upstairs deck looking at the view. Our stay was all about her and a great time was had by all.

Great family getaway

We had a great long weekend at this house with our two kids (3 and 6). We were able to take advantage of the kayaks and outdoor games and campfire. Beds were comfortable and house was cozy. Had everything we needed.

Very cute home on the lake

We were in town visiting family and it was a perfect home base for all of our activities. It gave our teenagers their own space, the younger child had plenty of space and we all enjoy the lake view. We would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem

Our stay was amazing. From kayaking to jumping off the dock and swimming to fishing, we had a fun filled week here. We love the location and the neighbors are super friendly. Highly recommend this property. We visit the area at least twice a year, and we will be staying here from now on.

We had an amazing vacation on Lake Norman at Heron’s Landing! The kitchen has been renovated since the pictures were taken and it’s beautiful. It’s open to the living room, so you can see the water wherever you are. We rented a boat and the location was great for getting out to the water. We’d definitely stay again!

Family enjoyed it!

My family stayed here while visiting. They enjoyed their morning coffee and their evenings on the covered porch. They said there were no bugs! There was a service call needed during their stay, and this was handled promptly.

Fantastic house and location!

The house was everything it was advertised to be. It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything you could need to feel like you were at home! It hosted six adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and there are two boat launches close to the home making it very convenient since we brought out boats. Will definitely return and enjoy the home again.

Vac with family

This is our 2nd time staying at this rental. It has all we are looking for to spend a week at Lake Norman with our family. Great location on the lake, nice dock for our boats and all the necessities needed for a great lake stay. Brandy, our rental agent was also very good to work with. She replied to us almost immediately about any questions we had during our stay. Looking forward to renting this property again .

Absolutely Amazing!

This home is the perfect getaway! It had everything we needed! We rented a boat for a couple days so having the dock to tie up to was awesome! We had the unfortunate event of losing power after a huge storm rolled through. The property manager/home owners were very responsive. While the lack of electricity may not have been ideal for most families, we embraced it and used the time to really disconnect! The neighbors were all very friendly!! We caught lots of little fish off the dock everyday! Took time to enjoy the paddle board and kayaks as well. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! I’m sure our family will be back!

Beautiful & Peaceful Property

My husband and I met our adult daughters & son in law at this property for Thanksgiving. It did not disappoint. We all loved it. It was very clean, well stocked & quite. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time and I plan to return for a girls trip in the spring. I highly recommend this property. R & C Georgia

Retirement possibilities

Our stay was to determine if we could find ourselves retiring here. The home was very clean and nice. It was quiet and had many squirrels visiting. We did bring our boat in hopes to get out and experience the lake, however, there was no channel mile marker anywhere to identify the channel we were on. We would have gotten lost if we put the boat in the lake and tried to get back to the house. The basement was SO COZY, I loved it. The stairs were a challenge, steep, but we managed. It was a very relaxful vacation. Thank you.

Beautiful Weekend On The Lake!

This property is just as described. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, many helpful amenities included, and accommodating property management. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful lake front home

The home was as expected. We didn't have any problems checking in or working anything in the house. The location is very quiet which was perfect for my family. I would recommend others to rent this house. Also, there is a great BBQ place nearby in Troutman!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway!

Had an absolute blast of the weekend, and this property helped facilitate it! Plenty of room for all guests, and the yard + dock is incredible! Packed in so many activities into one weekend (boating, kayaking, fire pit, cornhole, grilling) and everyone loved it. Will absolutely keep this place in mind for future visits!

Beautiful lake house!

This house was perfect for a week at Lake Norman. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. 2 driveways accommodate truck with trailer and 3 other cars. Dock is great for hanging out, fishing, and tying up our boat. Convenient location near state park with public boat ramp and trails. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We would revisit here and highly recommend to others!

Outstanding place to stay!

We have been going to Lake Norman for 8 years. This was our 4th time here because it's the best, the house and lake access are great.

Perfection!!

We had 7 people staying at Heron’s Landing! The pictures are very accurate. This was our favorite VRBO rental yet! The house has a great layout. There were plenty of outdoor chairs and fliers. We didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves, food, & a few household essentials! We had a very relaxing and fun stay! Thank you so much! Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Lake House

Gorgeous property in a quiet part of the lake. Kids swam and fished from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat overnight and the kids loved tubing. The house and property were very clean and well maintained. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.
