Located in an immaculate gated community in North Scottsdale, this second floor unit was recently decorated and newly furnished. It’s clean and bright, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and over 1,200 square feet for you to enjoy. The accommodations include: pillow top king bed and 39" flat screen TV in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, 42” flat screen TV and stereo in the living room, wireless internet, telephone, full size washer/dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, patio set, barbeque and all the accessories of home.

There is also a lovely, resort style heated pool, spa and a fitness center for your enjoyment.

The complex is located along a canal that has a concrete walking path and hiking trails to the nearby McDowell mountain range. There is easy access to Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway). Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only 25 minutes away. The world renowned Mayo Clinic is a 5 minute drive.

Major shopping areas are close by, including; Kierland, Borgata Market, El Pedregal, Fashion Square Mall in Old Town and many Outlet Malls.

You can also attend one of these Scottsdale events during your stay; Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, Arabian Horse Show or the Culinary Festival. If you’re into golf, these spectacular courses are nearby - Sanctuary at Westworld, Kierland, TPC (PGA Tour), Grayhawk and Troon.

If you enjoy water activities; Salt River Tubing adventures are a short drive away.

Enjoy a great meal at one of the several nearby restaurants - Flo’s (Chinese), Vito's / Marco's (Italian), First Watch (Breakfast) or Zipp’s (Pub Grub). You can walk over to Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers (Sports Bar) to watch your favorite game on the big screens. Gem

This is our second year staying at this specific condo and we love it. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and it was very well equipped. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. We could walk to the grocery store, and local restaurants. There is room for guest if they care to visit. Shaun was always quick to respond to any questions we had. When we return to Scottsdale, we would love to return to the condo.

Perfect

We totally enjoyed our condo in Scottsdale! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked! There was plenty of room and we also enjoyed the patio in the morning for coffee and evenings for dinner! There was plenty of towels including towels for the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed! We appreciated the thoughtful bottle of wine welcoming us too. It’s in a great location, close to good restaurants and hiking trails. We would gladly stay here again!

This condo was in a nice location and I felt safe there. The neighbors were friendly. I loved the patio. It was clean and I liked that the bedrooms were seperated by the living room. The carpet needs to be replaced, and the master bed as well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay:)

Wonderful location and stay

Enjoyed our stay here. Condo was supplied to begin with , didn't want for anything. Good location, easy access to highways, etc.... Would encourage carpet to be cleaned before people check in....it was a bit dirty. But everything else was great....

Very nice condi

Condo was very clean, and centrally located to everything we needed. Plenty of linens provided, and dishes, pots and pans were plentiful. Had great contacts with the owners and the property manager. Loved the walking trail behind the community.

Extended winter stay

Clean unit in a very walkable area of Scottsdale! Easy access to hiking, gym, restaurants and grocery store. Owners were great to work with.

Very comfortable. Condo well stocked with anything needed. So happy that it had Wi-Fi. Close to walking trails, golf courses, and restaurants. Shaun and Angie very accommodating. Suggestions for very minor improvements would be to replace tired bathroom rugs and the iron.

Great condo, great location.

Shaun and Angie’s condo was perfect for us. Very clean and very roomy. Walked to gym, store and restaurants. And only 5 minutes from our grandkids.

Good stay

Very clean, well designed including balcony, good location, good amenities and priced competitive. We played the Troon golf courses all about 20 minutes away. We usually spend time during the holidays on the West coast but would strongly considered Scottsdale again and at the same place. Thanks D and Family

A Little Gem!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely condo....it is tastefully decorated,immaculately clean with all the comforts of home!! The temperatures ranged between 100 to 114 degrees but virtually no humidity..... We are surely not complaining, being from Montreal we rarely have any summers at all. We must admit the beautiful pool was surely a plus.... and being off season, we had it all to ourselves!! The location of the condo is perfect, and the gated grounds are impeccable. We took the opportunity to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona,Tucson,Tubac, and many other points of interest in Phoenix and Scottsdale. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends or family. Thank you so much Shaun and Angie for sharing your home with us...we took special care of it!! Will definitely be back!!

February Vacation

This condo quickly became our home base as it was very comfortable and everything as the photos show. The complex is very safe, friendly, and quiet. Definitely enjoyed the free wifi when getting back in the evening to catch up with everyone back home. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Would for sure recommend to family and friends. Close to hiking and golf courses which we did often during our visit. First time spending the entire month of February in Scottsdale and daily temps turned out to be above normal. We lucked out on that. Shaun and Angie very prompt with any questions we had. Hope to stay a month or longer again.

First Visit to Arizona

I've never been to Arizona, rented a condo or used Home Away. I have to say everything went like clock work. The condo was immaculate with everything a traveler would need for a complete vacation. As Shaun said to me "just bring your swimsuit" and he was so correct. It was so tastefully decorated and comfortable I felt at home immediately. I also felt secure in a gate community. The location was close to shops, walking trails, sightseeing and nice dining places. The pool is very close to the condo and has a wonderful hot tub. It's a great place to kick back and relax. Angie's little treasure chest filled with brochures of places to visit and restaurants was a helpful bonus. I look forward to returning next year.

Hard to think of anything that would have made my stay better

I received quick email communication regarding this condo when I initially inquired. The electronic payment option for payment was very convenient and I received complete instructions related to policies and procedures at the time I booked the reservation. I had a good sense of where the condo was located and drove to within a half mile before turning on the GPS. With the instructions, getting in to the condo and complex was straightforward. I was pleased with the amenities of this condo from the moment I arrived. It was accurately described. Location was convenient to the 101 and it is close to Shea and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard. This made it great for golf for me. The kitchen had all the essentials and the layout was very good. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit and each has its own bathroom. Cable TV and internet worked without difficulty. Complex was secure and quiet. This was upstairs unit. Parking assigned is close to the entrance. Instructions for departing were clear. Inspection upon departure was quick and damage deposit was refunded promptly. Would not think twice about returning.

A relaxing vacation stay

We enjoyed the modern and roomy Talavera condo for the month of December 2013. It was clean and well furnished and supplied. The WiFi strength was exceptional and most shopping is within a 15 minute radius by car, with a wide variety of stores. The King sized mattress in the master bedroom is on the soft side, though.

It was our 3rd time that we rented the condo and like the previous times, everything was more than fine: just great. The condo is nice, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed having dinner on the balcony under the setting sun. So romantic. The area is safe, near many golf courses and the pool area is nice and not crowded. As for the weather, what can you say: ideal. Doing business with Shaun and Angie is easy and professional. Due to an unforeseen event, we had to make some changes to our reservation dates and they were really understanding and accommodated us. We certainly hope to come back again.

Home Away From Home!

Very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for the month we stayed. The condo was a great space and very well decorated with extremely comfortable furniture. It is located right at the entrance of the complex and is easy to find when you arrive. The carport is right near the door! We enjoyed the many good restaurants in the area especially Flo's Chinese Restaurant. We exercised each day in the fitness facility and used the pool often. Great washer and dryer too. Even more important was the prompt response from Angie and Shaun. They sent us all of the info on the condo immediately after we agreed to rent the property. They are very efficient and it was so comfortable renting from them! Try it, you'll like it!

Televera Stay

Our vacation met every hope and more. We discovered Televera to be quiet, secure, well kept and the perfect spot to be re-energized. We were blessed by the cleanliness, current update of the condo, location, peaceful mornings on the deck, afternoons poolside and evening walks. We loved April at Televera!

Perfect getaway

This was our 2nd year renting a condo in Scottsdale for the month of February, and our first with this condo. What a difference a year makes!!! Bright, airy, clean, quiet and very comfortable are only a few adjectives to describe this wonderful apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, with major highways a few minutes from the door and wonderful restaurants in every direction. One everyone must try is the Arizona Culinary Institute just a few blocks away! Students cook and serve inside the school's restaurant (Du Jour) and it is an amazing experience. Supermarkets are within walking distance and the pool and hot tub are close enough to the condo, but not too close for any kind of disturbance. I can't wait to avail ourselves of this wonderful condo again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reprieve from the winter doldrums.

Relax and enjoy

My husband and I returned to Winnipeg after spending a memorable 4 wks in Scottsdale. We found the condo a true home away from home. We arrived at 10 pm. The directions provided to us guided us to our vacation destination. My husband and I were very pleased when we opened the door to find this lovely bright, roomy home. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, and bright. It is a pleasure to relax in following a busy day sightseeing, shopping, or enjoying a ballgame. The location is ideal. There is a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy in walking distance. Greater Phoenix is quite spread out so being close to the freeway is a bonus. The owners were easy to contact via email and phone. We had a minor glitch with the Internet. This was quickly fixed with the owners help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked a return visit next year. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Long Term Rental

We just spent two-and-one-half months in this condo. It was clean, bright, roomy, and comfortable. It's location made for an excellent "base of operations" for the whole valley. We really appreciated the free wi-fi, ready to use when we moved in. The owners were most pleasant to work with via the Internet.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in December while visiting our daughter in Scottsdale. We have never rented a condo before, but after this experience, we'll definitely do it again. It was like having our own place. The rental unit was roomy, very clean and tastefully decorated. The wireless internet that was provided with the unit worked great for me to stay in touch with my office. Shaun and Angie were very helpful in answering any questions that we might have.

Stayed for 2 weeks really loved the location close to Talking Stick casino 10 minutes, and over 150 golf clubs within 20 minutes. Hot tub was great had a nice resort feel to it. I'll be back for sure

I stayed at this condo in May 2011 & as soon as I entered it felt just like home. It was very clean, cozy & comfortable. The pool area & grounds were very well maintained. The walking path along the canal was enjoyable especially in the evening since it was very safe. It is close to all the major shopping areas, restaurants & also the Mayo Clinic (for anyone requiring medical treatment). I would hightly recommend this condo as the owner was very helpful in any of our concerns.

Great Place for a relaxing vacation.

We have been at the condo for two weeks for a vacation and the place was as listed: nice condo, clean, nice swimming pool, well situated and we had everything that we needed in the condo. We felt like home. It was a pleasure doing business with Shaun and Angie.
