Relax in your exclusive private pool (unheated) or enjoy a match on the full-size ping pong table in the main living area. This home is professionally designed to offer a fun and private base for your Arizona adventure.
The Space:

• 100% Private Pool: The large outdoor pool is exclusively for this unit. There is no sharing with neighbors.
• Game Ready: Main living area features a full-size Ping Pong table for group fun.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, oversized fridge, and Keurig coffee station.
🏠 Inside the Home
• Living & Play: An open-concept design that prioritizes fun. We have styled the living room with a rustic brick fireplace, a Smart TV with Apple TV included, and a full-size ping pong table right in the center of the action.
• Kitchen & Dining: A galley-style chef’s kitchen featuring handsome tile backsplashes, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide a toaster and Keurig to jumpstart your mornings.
• Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
Bedroom 1 (Master): King-sized designer bed with en-suite spa-inspired bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds. This is perfect for kids or single travelers.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed. (Please note: This is a newly renovated room, so professional photos are coming soon!)
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.
⚠️ Honest Expectations (Read Before Booking)
• This is the Main House (Unit A) of a triplex property. While there are two other distinct units located in a separate structure in the backyard, your amenities (Pool and Patio) are for your private use only.
• Please note that parking is limited to one car on the right side of the driveway, though additional street parking is available if you have multiple vehicles.
• The Pool: The pool is unheated. It is refreshing in the Arizona summer but will be chilly in the winter months of November through March.
• Noise Potential: While the neighborhood is residential, this is an urban location near other units. You may occasionally hear neighbors or dogs from the rear units, though they do not have access to your space.
• Sun & Shade: The pool area gets plenty of Arizona sun! We recommend bringing sunscreen as shade coverage varies depending on the time of day.
Guest Access:
• Entry: 100% Contactless Self Check-in via a secure keypad on the Front Door facing the street.
• Parking: You have dedicated parking in the driveway or free street parking directly in front of the house.
• Wayfinding: Please ensure you go to the Main House front door. The side pathways lead to the rear units. Please respect their privacy as they respect yours!

Located in the 85015 zip code, you are situated in a classic Central Phoenix residential neighborhood.
• The Vibe: A blend of working families and renovated properties. It is an urban environment, so you get the convenience of the city with a neighborhood feel.
• Nearby: You are just minutes from the "Melrose District" on 7th Ave, known for its vintage shops, incredible antique stores, and trendy mid-century modern aesthetic.
• Dining: Plenty of local favorites for tacos, coffee, and brunch are within a 5-minute drive.
Getting Around:
The Valley Metro light rail offers a convenient and reliable option for public transportation and there are many bicycle routes available in the immediate area.
This location is a launchpad for the entire Valley of the Sun:

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the hold on your card, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.
• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
