These houses have so much space for your group! Each home has a perfect view of the Downtown Nashville Skyline just 2 miles away! When the whole group needs to get ready at once, six full bathrooms in EACH home will make all the difference in the world. We have thought of everything to make your stay more than convenient; this vacation rental home will make it more fun. Decked out with game room on side B, you will enjoy having so much to do inside the house to entertain your group. Whatever your group plans, these homes will make it easier for everyone to spread out (19 beds total between both homes), enjoy some “pre-game cocktails” on the large top floor balconies or in the Game Room, then crash after taking in the sights and sounds of Nashville.

The kitchen is stocked with everything your group needs and more, including a bar buffet with all the glassware and accessories you will need to get the party started. The back door leads to a fenced courtyard (shared) for the four properties. There are four unit’s total: A, B, C & D. Each sleep 12 and share the private courtyard with access to an outdoor grill and outdoor games. This are homes are Skyline View “Unit A” and Southern Gent “Unit B.”

With its prime location, you’ll also have the neon lights of Broadway, some of Nashville’s largest museums and music venues, Vanderbilt, Music Row/Edgehill, 12South, Belmont & Midtown, all within 5 minutes.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
