Only three miles to downtown Athens and 4 miles from Sanford Stadium. The Narrow Woods Cottage is nestled on a wooded lot just outside the Athens perimeter. Short Lyft/Uber ride to downtown or the Stadium. The cottage is adjacent to the property owned by Southern Brewing Company and the brewery is only a 5-minute walk down a beautiful wooded path.
The space
The cottage is located within walking distance to the Waffle House, Athens Tech, and the Southern Brewing Company. We are only a 2-minute car trip to the new Super Kroger. The cottage is on the edge of over 60 undeveloped acres and this makes it feel like you are further out in the country. The property connects to a mile-long trail that is on the property of the Southern Brewing Company. You can simply walk down to the brewery for a pint. Go to Southern Brewing's website for their event schedule and hours. The brewery usually has live music and food truck/s on Fridays and Saturdays. Karaoke is every Thursday and is probably one of our favorite times to go. Southern Brewing Company is a dog and kid-friendly brewery.
