As you walk in, you are greeted with a 2-story living room and a wall of windows overlooking the mountains! The floor to ceiling stone fireplace with Virginia River rock is the next detail that catches your eye. Poplar flooring throughout, with comfortable seating in the living space as well as a custom designed kitchen, equipped to make all your favorite meals.

With 3 guest rooms to choose from plus 2 more sleeping spaces, you'll have several comfortable spaces for your large group to rest. The sunroom/game room with ping pong, air hockey, pool, an arcade machine, game table and a Smart TV is located on the main level. You'll have plenty of space outside as well, including a huge front deck to soak up the views, a stone patio area with a fire pit overlooking the mountains and the coolest custom-built 16'x16' tree house. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets:This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire with our Guest Experience Team for details and final rates.
