Studio85 is a detached, unique, modern, simple, and eclectic guest suite situated on the hosts home property. 15 miles to the Super Bowl Stadium, 4 miles to MLB Spring Training.
This 900 sqft former RV garage has been newly renovated into a contemporary space fit for fun. Tucked away on a quiet homestead with a rural feel, but only minutes away to some of the best shopping, sports, and food Arizona has to offer. Hosts live onsite, veteran owned, military and family friendly!

There is a private entrance and driveway, separated from the main home by locked gates (there is no access to the main home's pool or yard). Our neighborhood is quiet, and all residents live here full-time. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, no parties please.

The hosts have dogs, and they may bark if they are outside--they are dogs! Your small pets are welcome, as the Studio has a small private patio and side yard for your 4 legged friends. No pets on the furniture please, and please note that there is desert wildlife in the area- pets should never be left unattended.
