Approx distance from residence is 4 miles, Have fun, relax or do a little of both in our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath outdoor retreat. Sleeps up to 6. We offer a pool/spa (small fee for heating of spa only), a putting green, cornhole, foosball, three backyard patios/sitting areas and a small patio in the front to relax with your morning coffee. View the Peoria Pines Golf course from the back yard or walk around the corner to play a round yourself. Cable with HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars with sports package included on living room TV.

Guest vacation registration form must be completed prior to check-in. Once that is completed an access code will be provided from the host

POOL HEATING: The pool and hot tub is available for use. The pool is NOT HEATED. However, the hot tub is available for use during your stay. The pool is naturally heated only.

Golf course walk for enjoyment at sunset, Hwy 101 will take you to downtown or to Hwy 17 North if you're going to visit Northern Arizona!

The property was everything that we hoped for and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was close to the Peoria Sports Complex and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

I would definitely stay here again. James was an attentive host and response time was excellent. It was extremely hot during our stay so the pool was very hot and we did not notice a change in the temperature of the hot tub but the jets worked nicely!The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool and backyard attached to a nice large kitchen and living space made the stay feel resortish!The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Great place!!

We loved the house. It was perfect for visiting friends and family in phoenix. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of seating was much appreciated. My mother fell and broke her hip while we were in town and ended up in the hospital and since we will be coming more often to visit her, we would definitely stay again.

In the pool all day. Dinner on patio. House was a beautiful and clean retreat when temps we high. Close to everything. Managers were very accommodating and easy to reach. Made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to come back again!

1st time

This was myself and my fiancés first trip to Arizona and first time using Vrbo. Overall really nice place to stay. A bit out of the way of everything in town and atleast 30min to get anywhere. Inside the house was really clean and so was outside other than the birds that pooped around the hot tub and kept trying to drink the water.

Great house for family

We had a great time staying at this house, there are o my two bedrooms so if you don’t mind using an air mattress then no problem. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and was the highlight for my kids . I definitely would recommend staying at this house

winter get away

The house was clean and overall the place was nice and clean. The patio area was great but the pool and hot tub was not great. As advertised the pool was not heated and because the temperature at night was low 50's it did not heat up despite having a 4 days of 80 weather. In the summer it probably heats up fine. The hot tub took long to heat up and we could not get the jets to operate. Finally maintenance showed up and we were able to get the hot tub jets operating for the last 2 days. Overall we had a nice stay. The location served our purposes well as it was near the golf course and shopping/ restaurants.

Great Get Away

Clean home, very functional. Amazing and relaxing back yard. Only complaint is the hot tub would not heat despite attempting for 2 days and was unable to be used which is the whole reason we chose this property.

Clean. Perfect for what we needed. Hot tub wouldnt get all the way up to temp but host was working with us. Thank you for the nice stay.

Family visit

Everything was great however the master bed was a little noisy . The host was always available when we had questions for example the spa was not working properly but between us and host we got it figured out.. We would definitely stay here again it was very close to our relatives who reside there. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots,pans and seasonings.

Family get together

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved being able to get together and the grandkids loved the pool. House was great, offered a relaxing place to stay.

I would not recommend this to anyone who wanted to sleep here. The beds are so far past the time to be replaced, there are no words. Hard, squeaky, saggy- and completely uncomfortable. But don't worry if you do manage to fall asleep, you'll be greeted by the rising sun because there are no worthwhile curtains in the joint. The place also appears to be set up for people 5' and under, with low chairs, and very low counters. If I were the owner I would absolutely fire the property management who were zero help. In every communication they sent they included the wrong check out date. They seemed to not be able to read because they couldn't answer basic questions, if they were responding at all. Took them 10 days to respond at one point. The backyard and the neighborhood smell like dog shit literally. The pool is no more than a glorified bird bath with flocks of pigeons bathing and shitting continuously. Property managers have zero mitigation in place. (surprise) Upon arrival I had to dry all the towels that were left for use as they were soaking wet, threatening mildew. And if you want to go outside of the neighborhood, plan to wait for a ride because multiple services refused to drive outside of the area.

Great getaway

Good house. Good location. Was very clean. A bit on the older side but still enjoyed it. Master bed is horribly loud will wake up anyone next to you.

Relaxing and quiet

This was a wonderful quiet home. Able to relax in the hot tub and then nap in the recliner in the evenings watching TV. The set up of the home provided everything that we needed for our stay. Will definitely recommend this home for those who need relaxation and privacy
