PRIME LOCATION TO STATE FARM STADIUM! HOME OF THE 2024 NCAA FINAL FOUR TOURNAMENT! Approx distance from residence is 4 miles, Have fun, relax or do a little of both in our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath outdoor retreat. Sleeps up to 6. We offer a pool/spa (small fee for heating of spa only), a putting green, cornhole, foosball, three backyard patios/sitting areas and a small patio in the front to relax with your morning coffee. View the Peoria Pines Golf course from the back yard or walk around the corner to play a round yourself. Cable with HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars with sports package included on living room TV.

The location was perfect for our stay. We had so many options, spring training, Top Golf, Pop Stroke, and shopping malls. The house was perfect, everything we needed and was in a quiet secure neighborhood. The check in and check out were easy and James was a good host that made our wonderful stay one to remember . Communications with the host were great. Almost everything we needed was there. The spa heats up fast. My only complaint is the beds should be replaced.

I would definitely stay here again. James was an attentive host and response time was excellent. It was extremely hot during our stay so the pool was very hot and we did not notice a change in the temperature of the hot tub but the jets worked nicely!The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool and backyard attached to a nice large kitchen and living space made the stay feel resortish!The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Great place!!

We loved the house. It was perfect for visiting friends and family in phoenix. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of seating was much appreciated. My mother fell and broke her hip while we were in town and ended up in the hospital and since we will be coming more often to visit her, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at this house, there are o my two bedrooms so if you don’t mind using an air mattress then no problem. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and was the highlight for my kids . I definitely would recommend staying at this house

This was myself and my fiancés first trip to Arizona and first time using Vrbo. Overall really nice place to stay. A bit out of the way of everything in town and atleast 30min to get anywhere. Inside the house was really clean and so was outside other than the birds that pooped around the hot tub and kept trying to drink the water.

Arrived at 4:10p (check in 4p), housekeeping still there stated would need another 10-15 mins. Appeared to be a quick clean and rooms not throughly cleaned. Cleanliness is our number one requirement. Entry to home had a fried food smell however we do understand that can be difficult to get rid of. Full window door to patio off master bath did not have a window covering allowing a view from the patio directly into the bathroom and bedroom. Had to hang a blanket. Housekeeping could be reminded to pay attention to details (stained towels with long threads hanging, clogged hand soap, missing slot of front room blinds etc). Family came to visit and window of truck broken out overnight. Important to note: we did not communicate issues with property management at time of stay. Very nice patio and pool area (too chilly to use). Nice and well stocked kitchen. Nice living room with comfy chairs. Nice master bath except for the missing door covering. Enjoyed the foosball game.

Hello. I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience at our rental and I appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, whenever you stay at a location and you're not entirely satisfied with the accommodations whatever issue it may be, it is imperative that you communicate this with my company? We cannot do any issue resolution if we do not know about it? Actions we could have taken includes resending housekeeping team to resolve cleaning issues, repairing things like broken slats (not sure how that happened), putting up an extra blind if necessary, replacing towels, linens (we deliver and restock items like this on a regular basis), rechecking stocks/supplies for your stay. Nothing can be absolutely perfect but I am more than willing and able to address any and all concerns if I know about them. In the future, I would suggest you engage the property management company or owner timely to elevate your stay experience. Without the information, we do not know the best ways to resolve.
