The house is divided into 2 sections, each with 2 double bedrooms, access to the private garden and outdoor BBQ.

Main House
- The first floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a WC and an outdoor veranda with outdoor seating area with sea & town views
- On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with large bathtub and a private terrace with outdoor furniture with sea & town views

Garden Apartment
- Includes a second, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, desk, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and outdoor seating area and dining table 8-10 people with a gas BBQ and gas hobs
- Direct access to the private garden, with sea & town views
