With two queen beds in the bedroom, a full-size Murphy bed and sofa bed in the living room, and a bar-height table that comfortably seats 3, our condo is ideal for families or friends traveling together. The living room features a 50" smart TV and a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for gathering and playing card games.

Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with new small appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, so you can prepare and enjoy your meals while admiring the stunning ocean views. And with the convenience of local grocery stores, Walmart, and nearby restaurants, dining options are endless.

The expansive poolscape spans a whole block and includes two lazy rivers, a kid splash area, a seasonal heated pool, and a hot tub. Stay active at our onsite fitness center or take some time to unwind in the game room. Other things to note:

- Linens are provided for all beds, and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are also provided. Additionally, a kitchen towel and rag are included for your convenience.

- Our welcome package includes one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one bar of soap, and shampoo. We have also left a starter dish detergent, and we kindly ask that guests replace what they use. If none is left by the prior guest, please purchase your own.

- This property is smoke-free, and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs within the condo or on the balcony.

- We will provide two parking passes and pool wristbands, which must be left in the condo before your departure.

- Motorcycles are permitted to park in the overflow parking garage across the street only.

- You will receive the key-less door code prior to check-in, so please be sure to check your messages before arriving.


Restricted Amenities:

Although the Santa Maria Restaurant, Marco Polo Pool Bar, and the Pirate's Cove Ice Cream Shop at the resort cannot be used, there are plenty of alternative restaurants and ice cream shops available in the nearby area.
