Looking for the perfect place to retreat from reality? Check out this new waterfront bungalow!

White Perch Palace has an open floor plan with large windows to allow for natural light and stunning views of Toledo Bend Lake.

This 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 and the 3-full bathrooms allow privacy for everyone. Enjoy a stunning view of mid-lake Toledo Bend and the awe-inspiring 3-mile bridge from nearly every room in the house.

The kitchen has a large bar, as well as a large dining room table so family and friends can comfortably share a meal!

If you prefer outside dining, the screened-in back porch includes a picnic area with a charcoal pit and built-in griddle. With the multitude of comfortable rocking chairs, this area of the home is one of our favorite spots for quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or an evening unwind while taking in the those magnificent Toledo Bend sunsets.

Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day on the lake followed by a relaxing evening on the screened-in back porch overlooking the expansive view of Toledo Bend Lake.

Your stay wouldn’t be complete without roasting hotdogs and s’mores over the large fire pit! This picturesque feature is the perfect area to enjoy with your friends and family.

Don’t have your sea legs yet? Our fishing pier is a great option for those that want to stay close to land while reeling in your new personal best or simply relaxing over the water.

The home is located seconds from restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel!

The property was wonderful! We all enjoyed the view from the screened porch. The sunsets were breathtaking. The children fished off the dock and enjoyed their s’mores every evening. It was a very special family time in a beautiful home. We are already talking about a return visit.

Fishing Trip/Get Together With Old Friends

Best Stay in Toledo Bend

Over the last 4-5 years we've been visiting Toledo Bend, this has been one of the best homes we've rented. Gorgeous views, right off the main lake. We were able to swim and fish right off of the dock. If the weather was too bad, being able to sit in the screened in back porch to take in the views was enough. Everyone had the best time ever. I cannot think of a single complaint.

Perfect Getaway!

A lifelong resident of Louisiana, and I made my first trip to Toledo Bend! Beautiful property on a beautiful man-made lake. The house was very spacious and perfectly decorated. It was perfect! I'm so grateful we got shots of the sun setting....might be the most beautiful sunset I've ever experienced. Kudos to the owners and the host for making our stay so enjoyable.

Family get together

Great water view. House is beautiful and beds were comfortable. Open living area maintained cool temperature but not the bedrooms even during the night. That would be our only complaint, vents may need to be adjusted. Would rent again!

The perfect rental at the beautiful Perch Palace. Brand new and beautifully decorated.

This was the perfect place to spend the weekend. A Great view of the lake from the family room. Our afternoons were spent on the screened back porch which is fully furnished with rockers, griddle and dining area. More than enough rooms and beds for a family of 12. Great location. The Pendleton Bridge is visible from the rental. We were within a few miles of Toledo town and the Texas state line.

Soooo perfect!

We loved our stay! It was perfect. It was so modern and homey! The kids LOVED the bunk room. The screen porch was perfect for drinking our coffee in the morning, and having drinks in the afternoon. They had board games, and cornhole which were perfect for our family trip. The wharf was also a favorite for all of us! Perfect deck with chairs to sit and watch the kids while they jumped off the lower deck, and swim. We are already planning our next trip here!

Beautiful Property!

My family enjoyed this property so much. Nine of us, ages 13-74, never felt crowded. Perfect layout, high end finishes and so tastefully decorated. Kitchen was very well appointed. The 180 degree views of the lake were spectacular! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The host was so kind and provided super special touches. None of us wanted to leave! We will return!

Great stay

Property was 5-star. Not a negative but suggestions: Let people know property is monitored by camera. Kinda creepy at first. Make sure grass is mowed as it was very high with weeds in parking area. Make sure there’s flashlights & candles available for loss of power which happened during stay. But still 5-star & already recommended to 6 other people/families. Thx.

Easter/Birthday weekend

We chose this property for our family’s Easter and birthday celebration mainly because it was wheelchair accessible for our son and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was very spacious and allowed everyone to be comfortable especially the large sectional in front of fireplace. Our favorite space was the screened porch. We probably spent most of our time out there just enjoying the peaceful views of the lake. The pier was also an added attraction but the weather was not cooperative for fishing. We had a great time and would return.

The Best!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property!! It was amazing! We had the best time! This was our first time to go to Toledo Bend and we will definitely go back and stay here again. Rylie was great to work with. I had several questions before we arrived and she was always quick to respond. They have corn hole and my big kids played for 2 days. It did rain some but It didn’t matter because the house was so comfortable and cozy that we all just enjoyed our time visiting. Great pier. Again… I could go on and on with great things about White Perch Palace.

Perfect for our family and in laws

Rylie has thought of everything—even an amazing first aid kit that we had to use a few times. The layout was great for 2 adult couples and children with 2 on suite rooms on one side of the house and the kids bunk room with 4 double beds and another double queen room with a hall bath on the other. The back porch was wonderful. Even in the middle of LA summer heat, we were able to rock and relax for 3 or 4 hours each morning. The corn hole outside and indoor games were a plus. The kitchen was well stocked. Generous amounts of detergent and such were provided. The couch and chair were super comfy. If you plan to fry fish outside, you need to bring your own propane tank.
