Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Come experience beach vacation excellence at Pinnacle Port A-910, and enjoy spectacular lake views from your private 9th floor balcony. This beautiful condo is filled with natural light as well as stainless steel appliances, decorative wall fireplace, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Other sleeping arrangements include a guest room with a full-over-queen bunkbed and a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room making this condo sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy being close to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, while being close to the popular Carillon Beach Market, and discover why Pinnacle Port A-910 is the perfect place to build lasting beach vacation memories.

Pinnacle Port is nestled between the Camp Helen State Park beach and Carillon Beach, with Lake Powell (a coastal dune lake) directly to the north and is uniquely situated at the west end of Panama City Beach, near the eastern edge of the Beaches of South Walton on 30A. Pinnacle Port amenities include Two Large Pools, Four Tennis/Shuffleboard Courts, Playground, Saunas, Fitness Center, Multi-Slip Boat Dock, and Picnic Pavilion. Pinnacle Port does not currently have rentals of kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards; however, they can be rented across the lake at camp at Helen. Enjoy unique shopping and restaurants within walking or biking distance at the Market at Carillon Beach. It's a short drive to all the major Panama City Beach attractions such as Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, and Ripley's. To your west is the Scenic 30A corridor along the fabulous beaches of South Walton.

Area Attractions:

Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. Carillon Market Street is the “main street” area of Downtown Carillon Beach and is a great place to grab a bit to eat, shop, and hang out. During the summer, free concerts called, "Groovin’ on the Green" are held every Monday night in Downtown Carillon. Many other unique restaurants and shops are also located nearby.

The gorgeous community of Rosemary Beach on 30A is located just 3 miles West and is filled with world-class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops.

Panama City Beach is full of attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Amazing View

Great location! Up on 9th floor with an amazing beach view. Property wasn’t brand new but nice. Neighborhood and beach is wonderful. Hope to stay again next year!

BYO cleaning bucket!

The good: Pinnacle Port community, family beach environment, close proximity to grocery stores. The bad: Cramped quarters; Condo is much smaller than it appears in photos. The ugly: Sheets on all the beds (4) upstairs were dirty. "Clean linens" in closet were dirty. Food/dirt/hair on floors and counters. Fridge dirty and smelled like seafood market.

Beautiful Views

I really liked the location and the views. It wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. The floors were dirty. I know the listing said it was bare bones but it really was. I have never stayed in a place that didn’t offer a few cleaners. We needed a few extra blankets as well. I think they need to supply the special cleaners for the glass stove and stone countertop at least. A vacuum would be great too. Salt and Pepper. Again, great location but lacking in supplies.

Roaches!

The stay at this condo was not great!! The first night we got there I found a cockroach crawling from under the couch to the coffee table. I killed it and here is a picture to prove it. Then not only was there one cockroach I found another behind the master bed, that one was dead but freaked me out bc it was so close to my sleeping head. The next morning I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo from head to toe. Then bought roach baits to put down. I was terrified there was a swarm of them in the condo. All weekend I kept our things off the floor bc I was afraid a cockroach would jump in our bag and lay eggs. The place was listed correctly. I will NOT recommend this place at all.

Renter be very aware.

Sadly, like most companies in this day and age, customer service with Vrbo, and RealJoy are nonexistent. We had groceries that were ruined, as we were locked out of our unit for over an hour, and have not been compensated for. There was a dead cockroach in the unit, it is still in the floor, has been covered with a paper towel, and will remain there for the next renters to enjoy. There were disgusting stained bedding in the unit. I had to go to Walmart to purchase bedding, which I also have not been compensated for. As far as closet space is concerned in the unit, the owner has two closets locked for his personal belongings. The closet that is available has the owner’s clutter housed there as well, ranging from paint cans, to coffee makers, and a vacuum that is stacked from top to bottom, which equates to zero closet space to hang your personal belongings. The guest room shower is too short for a full size adult to utilize. The minuscule refrigerator had a broken ice maker. I expressed these issues to RealJoy, and Vrbo, and requested a refund, so that we could book a clean, functional unit. I thought Vrbo would have my back and help resolve these problems, but they stated that they were minor issues. This isn’t even touching on the fact that my vacation time with my family was interrupted having to deal with these ridiculous issues, which there is no compensating for. Definitely a lesson learned, thankfully I have choices, and I will not be using either aforementioned companies in the future,
