Lotus Suite 1 is perfect for long or short stays and has a very well-equipped kitchenette unit for all of your cooking needs. It is very comfortable, peaceful and homey. The bed is very comfortable, the 2-seater couch is a leather electric recliner. Major Park-Fitchner Mainwaring is just 2 blocks away.
The bathroom is full sized with double shower heads. The walk-in closet has an energy efficient washer/dryer. It is downstairs to the right of the garage.

Great place

Need a place to stay for a week before moving into house. This was a great little place and I will recommend two friends and family that come into town to visit.

Great place to Stay

Property was as advertised. It was very clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was also located in a quiet neighborhood.

Always good.

This was my 4th stay at this location. As in the past, it was A+. Clean, convenient, well appointed. Tina was very responsive to my inability to figure out the TV operation. (Old brain, new technology) I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Clean, Well Supplied, Quiet Neighborhood, Very Affordable

We enjoyed our stay. The studio was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need (i.e., frig, microwave, convection toaster oven, utensils, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, French press, Keurig with pods, snacks) and drawers and cabinets were labeled to boot. The full-sized washer and dryer came in handy. There was plenty of storage for clothes and luggage and we enjoyed the Roku TV. Most of all, the neighborhood was so quiet, the Studio was an excellent central location and the cost per night was extremely reasonable.

Superior unit

This is very well appointed unit with everything you need for a stay. We were welcomed with coffee and condiments for the Kerrigan machine and snacks. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A plus is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit for two adults.

Excellent communication with owner. The key pad entry was very easy. The Studio was cozy and well stocked. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer!

Bottom Unit

Loved the rental - kitchenette, washer and dryer, and way comfy bed. It's tastefully decorated, quiet, and only 15 minutes away from my daughter. My only suggestion would be to leave written instructions for the coffee maker. I was only able to have a cup on my last day. I also didn't know if I should have put the blanket in the washer, but I decided against it, because it seemed too full. I will be back! Thank you Tina! P.S. Will I be receiving my deposit back soon?

Our Temporary Home

We used this property as our temporary home while we were transitioning with a move to Medford. We stayed here three weeks waiting for our permanent residence to become available. It was a very reasonable in price and the space was great. The pros is that the location was convenient to many restaurants, shops. It had all the necessities for eating in and included a washer/dryer in the unit The cons about this place is that it is not large enough for 3 adults. The sofa bed was uncomfortable however a child would not notice it as much. The property's walkway (gravel) to the door is not easy to get to especially when rolling your luggage nor is it accessible for individuals with handicaps. I would recommend reassessing this for future renters. All in all it was a great place and I would recommend it to my friends/family when visiting the area.

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grand babies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.

I had my rentals built onto my home in 2010 to have room for family to visit and be comfortable during their stay. I also wanted privacy and separate entrances. I have put my heart and soul into these units to make them beautiful and comfortable.

Very easy access to the freeway, many restaurants and stores nearby. 2 blocks away is a beautiful park. This is a very quiet residental neighborhood.
