We enjoyed our stay at this place. Short walk to the beach which was a huge plus and convenient. The house was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. Management responded very quickly to any question we had during trip. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

Awesome stay!

Our stay was great! The property manager was easy to work with and we were able to check in early which was nice. We didn’t have any issues with the property, it looked like it was recently renovated so the house itself was clean and well maintained. Just minutes to the beach by foot and great view of the sunrise each morning. We had a blast staying here.

Great location! Would stay again!

Location was amazing in Fort Morgan. Had beach view from front porch and bay view from back porch. House was just as listed. Neighborhood was safe for kids to ride bikes around. 2 pools, tennis courts, and a pool house with ping pong and pool table. Looking forward to going back!!

Perfect location & beautiful home

We had the best last minute vacation. The booking and management company was extremely easy to communicate with and setup our reservation. You can see the beach when you walk out the front door and the bay when you walk out the back. This community even has two nice pools with a tennis court & little game room for when you don’t wanna go to the beach. Fort Morgan has always been our favorite vacation spot bc it isn’t in the middle of town but not too far to run to stores or restaurants in the area. The house was very clean & spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils needed. All of the rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms & most importantly the MOST comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. We will most definitely be booking this house again for our next vacation in Fort Morgan!!

Great place to stay!

Beach Retreat was a wonderful place to stay. The property was very clean and well-stocked, including a very large crockpot in the kitchen and a blow dryer in the master bath. We only had one set of sheets for the pull out couches, and the property manager Alison responded quickly and solved the problem within the hour. We always had hot water, even with all 9 of us showering after the beach. There were a few beach toys to use, but no beach chairs. The property is about 200 yards from the beach and was an easy walk. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept. Our only problems: The microwave threw the breaker on our last night and wouldn’t work after that. A previous tenant dumped charcoal in the yard. We plan to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat! Short walk to the beach and pool, very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room with two sofa beds and a loveseat. Large table so we could all sit together. Beautiful view of the bay sunsets and a small view of the ocean from the front. Downsides were extremely firm mattresses, needed more silverware and tricky operating the dishwasher. We had problems with the breakers tripping if running the washer, dryer and other appliances at the same time. Didn’t have an iron or hair dryer so take one with you. We would stay here again!

I have to say we have stayed in many houses over the years this was our least favorite! There was fewer dishes and food prep containers than I have ever seen at a house.We had a toilet that needed repaired and it took two trips to make a 10 minute repair and it still didn’t get fixed properly so we just lived with it . We had dirty linens on a bed and the extra linens my son used for the pullout sofa looked like they had cheetoh dust all over them. We also had some electrical breakers we had to turn on and one that tripped a few times. The under house area was not great. There was a rusted out old grill that was inoperable along with a new one that was junk. The shower under the house had a broken off handle. There was old paint cans piled in the corner along with an old refrigerator just sitting under there that we watched a RAT crawl in and out of multiple times. There were lots of rats running around the street . This brings me to the subdivision itself. We have stayed here multiple times however the street lights aren’t all working properly and there was no security guard that we saw. Unfortunately we had a breakin in our vehicles along with the neighbors. For what the house cost over 5 k the peak week we were there . I understand things happen but starting out with a Clean home and junk free would be nice.

Hi Eric and thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. This home has been completely remodeled so everything is new…flooring, appliances, paint and furniture. Even the bathrooms have been completely renovated. Essentially, it is a new house on the inside. In fact, have only been a handful of bookings since the home was just recently offered as a rental in late May 2023.. The three reviews received during that short time are all extremely positive. When you notified us about the linens, we would have been happy to send someone to replace them but your wife had already washed them. We did offer to provide additional laundry soap but we don’t see that you ever responded to our email. The toilet repair required an additional trip to repair correctly and according to our records you said for us to deal with it after you departed. While we cannot guarantee that everything will be perfect, we strive to do everything possible to address any deficiencies. Coastal View Vacations
