Welcome to Keep it Simple, a beautiful home just steps from the gorgeous beaches of Fort Morgan! Keep it Simple 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. Keep it Simple is located on a quiet street that ends at the beach, a 30-second walk from the front door! Bring up to two dogs (for an additional pet fee) and the whole family can truly Keep it Simple at this fresh, beach retreat! Newly added private pool with heating or cooling option for a fee!

About Keep it Simple

With all the comforts of home, Keep it Simple is the perfect spot for a pet-friendly beach getaway! Located on a quiet street, guests can enjoy the sound of the waves and the famous gulf sunsets in the evenings from the deck. 

Inside, Keep it Simple is the picture of perfection! Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with cheerful beachy decor and brand-new furniture. With ample seating and plenty of light, the living room is the perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on the large TV.  The living area also features a pull-out sofa to sleep, 2 guests.

Across from the living area, are the open dining area and kitchen. Have a seat at the dining table or the island and enjoy a freshly prepared meal. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare a meal just like at home, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, and small appliances.

Down the hall is the master suite, which features a king-sized bed and a large-screen TV. The attached private bath features dual sinks with granite vanity and a large, walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed to sleep 2. Bedroom 3 features one set of bunk beds, and an additional full-sized bed to sleep 4 total guests. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hall and features a granite single vanity and tub/shower combo. Keep it Simple also features a full laundry room.  

Underneath the home, guests will find a shady place to park and an enclosed outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day in the sun! 

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
