You will have access to the entire property, except the hall closet with keypad which is kept locked for supplies and storage. You will also have access to the hall closet with a sliding door which you will find a First Aid Kit, Flashlights, Iron, Ironing Board, Steamer, Pack 'n' Play, High Chair, Swiffer Mop and Vacuum.

The Console located in the Living Room below the TV contains board games, playing cards and extra charging cords for cell phones and electronics.

Fire Extinguisher is located in the Laundry Room.

It is a private residence with a carport and private heated pool & spa.

POOL RULES: The pool temperature is kept at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and the spa is kept at 100 degrees (upon at least 24 hour request, $50/ day heating fee). Please do not touch pool equipment. Pool alarms are located on the property doors for your safety and per AZ rules and regulations. NEVER leave children alone or near the pool (not even for a moment), as there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests must not leave children unsupervised and are responsible for their safety at all times. There is no internal fencing nor barriers to restrict pool access. Please use pool at your own risk. Pool remote for temperature and pool lighting is located in the kitchen pantry. Please return remote back to the Pantry upon check-out.

Extra Bath Towels, Pool Towels and extra Bedding are located in the hall closet. Please use the black hand towels marked "Make-Up" to remove make-up.

Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper down the toilet.

We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape anything inside the house. Any sign of smoking inside the house will result in a $1,000 fine.

Dogs are welcome on an approved basis (1 Med Size or 2 Small MAX, no cats please). Please notify us ahead of time. Please clean up after your pets. Any damages will incur a Fee after damages are assessed.
