So thrilled all had a good time! This home offers plenty of entertainment and the main complaint we get is that nobody ever wants to leave:) Sometimes items succumb to a little wear and tear, but we do our best to quickly address and solve the issue. It's so rewarding to share this little piece of Folly Heaven with those who can appreciate it!

We just love how this home represents True Low Country living with the dock, views, river and location to the beach...it is the ultimate way to experience Folly. We would love to have you again! We are always so thrilled when our guests enjoy and appreciate this unique home as much as we do. The owners of the house go to great lengths every chance they get, improving, updating, refreshing this home so that their guests can feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible on their vacation. We ALL know how important vacation is:) Nothing beats an outdoor shower after a salty day and with the game room, guests of all ages can enjoy their time inside as well. Easy walk over to the beach and there's nothing like exploring the inlets by boat or paddle board....you never know what you're going to see!

We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your time at this beautiful deep water home. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions and will take them into consideration. The home has an updated heating and air system, along with a mini-split in the loft. There are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living areas, to make sure air is always flowing. In the heat and humidity of the summer, homes in this area really do require diligence with keeping doors and windows shut and ceiling fans rotating at all times. We haven't had any other guests reach out concerning the air temperature at nights, but we will certainly look into it. Guests do have access to the thermostat, which can be adjusted to an appropriate setting. Thank you again for staying with us!

Wow! Thank you for such wonderful review! We are delighted you had such a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our home. We recently purchased this home and spent a good deal of time repairing and refreshing this year. We found your comments very encouraging and made it worth all the work! We have lots of ideas we hope to implement over the next few years and hope you will return to see them!
