What linens are provided?
We supply premium linens for all beds, along with:
• Two bath towels per guest
• Two washcloths per guest
• One hand towel per bathroom

To get you started, we provide:
• One roll of paper towels
• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• One kitchen trash bag

Please note: These are starter supplies, so we recommend bringing any additional items you may need for your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d expect in a well-equipped home kitchen, plus:

Is there a grill available?

NO. We have a strict no-pet policy with no exceptions.

Is the hot tub cleaned between stays?
Yes! The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest stay.

Is the price negotiable?
We do not offer discounts or waive fees. The “Host” fee covers cleaning costs, and the only amount we collect as owners is the nightly rate.

When is the final payment due?
Your balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay.

When will I receive the address and access details?
The cabin’s address, door code, and directions will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in (4:00 PM on your arrival day).

What are the check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: Any time after 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM on your departure day

What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations or shortened stays more than 60 days before arrival will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations or changes within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Can I cancel due to bad weather?
No, weather-related cancellations are non-refundable.

What is the road access like to the cabin?
The roads are paved and well-maintained, but some sections are steep, which may be a concern for some guests.

Do I need a 4-wheel drive?
4WD is only necessary during snow or ice conditions. As a general rule for mountain travel, it’s recommended to have 4WD or snow chains when winter weather is present.

What kind of internet is provided?
We offer unlimited Wi-Fi, with the password available in the living room.

Do you ever lower your prices?
Occasionally, we may adjust rates for upcoming unsold dates. Any discounts will already be reflected in the price you see—no need to ask for further reductions.
