PARKING: This is a shared driveway. Designated parking. Please park on the LEFT side. Street parking permitted. Fully fenced in yard.

By the basement stairs, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen drawer next to the dishwasher.

House Rules:
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping. Smoking fine $500.
No illegal activity.
No pets permitted.
No parties.
Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Please respect the neighbors.

Exterior Cameras: We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front and back entrance porches and front doorbell camera which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Tampering of cameras and WiFi router will be ground for cancellation without refund.

Registered guests only are allowed in the property.
