The View unit 210 is Premium location in complex just over the pool and INCLUDES ALL BEACH ACCESSORIES (Tommy Bahama) with your stay and complimentary Bottle of Wine. Newly remodeled and professional interior designer staged. All smart Locks and TV’s and a great relaxing feel with KEURIG and DRIP COFFEE BAR, the King bed in master has adjustable controls. All NEW just what you need to come down and relax on the Balcony and watch the waves!
NOTE: as of April 15th 2023 both elevators have been upgraded and passed inspection on property!

Pool and Hot Tub Rules:
1) Rinse off before getting in the pool or the hot tub
2) No grilling around the pool or near the hot tub
3) No pets in the pool area whatsoever
4) No oil in the hot tub
5) No unaccompanied children under the age of 15 in the pool or hot tub.
6) No child under the age of 10 in the hot tub
7) No glass around pool or hot tub
8) Pool hours are 930am to 10 pm

Beautiful Condo

Great condo with a great view

Extremely clean, nice, two bedroom, two bath condo. Everything you need in one place with tons of activities and nightlife. Relaxing on the huge balcony is just what we needed!!

Great Home Away from Home

We enjoyed this beautiful condo in Galveston very much as a family. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels made it easier for us not to have to pack so much for the trip. The welcome treats were amazing and we all had an amazing time. Would love to rent this condo again.

Perfect and Beautiful!

The condo was perfect and beautiful! We had everything we needed/wanted and the owner was super helpful and kind. It truly felt like home. We enjoyed coffee on the porch most mornings and we were back out there in the evenings to relax, read or chat. Our days were spent exploring Galveston or making good use of the beach equipment provided. We love, love, love the beach and finding a place to stay that is beautiful and comfortable and welcoming makes the whole experience that much better! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Beautiful Birthday Week

This property is everything the listing says it is and the pictures are spot on. The place is relatively clean save for a few dust bunnies, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was close enough to the action it made getting places easy but far enough away to be peaceful (despite some road noise) My only complaint, and it’s a big one, that isn’t the hosts fault, is the elevator was out of order the entire time. It was way more than the inconvenience of having to lug everything up 4 flights of stairs. My mother-in-law is 75 with a bad hip and I am currently on a walker with back issues. Lael did give me a heads up, but it was only a week out and at that point too late to cancel. Despite this, I would stay here again if I ever return to Galveston and I highly recommend this place but definitely wait until the elevators are working.

First trip to Texas gulf coast

This was our first trip to Texas where we flew into Houston and drove to Galveston. The condo was as pictured and in a decent part of the oceanfront. The weather however did not cooperate so we were not able to enjoy as much of the beach as we had hoped or even the pool for that matter. The host was very accommodating and after I left my purse at a hotel we stayed at prior to arrival, he was even willing to have me ship the purse to his home and deliver it to me. I was able to get the purse delivered to me at the actual condo without a hiccup so I was very grateful for that. Unfortunately there was a guest staying above us who had a small child who was very rambunctious and ran across the floor very heavy footed. Thankfully the child’s bedtime was prior to ours. I know the condo owner has no control over that type of thing so in no way would I base staying here on that point (just something to keep in mind when renting in a building with multiple floors). We were able to do quite a bit of sightseeing while we were there and overall the condo fit our needs. I would stay again if we were to return to Galveston!

Property is amazing, location was not ideal for our family

This condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in in the 12 years we've been staying in VRBOs. The condo itself was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean, modern, homey. The owner was responsive from the moment I found the property online. Once we arrived he was in touch to make sure things were going smoothly. He reached out in thanks when it was time to check out. The reason for 4 stars is location only. It was not immediate apparent to me from the listing that there is a busy 4 lane road with a 40 mph speedlimit between the condo and the beach that you must cross to get to the ocean. There are no crosswalks, no bridges, you just have to wait for a gap in traffic. If you had small kids or families with difficulty walking this could be a problem for you. Once you got to the beach, its a nice beach. Its quiet as the owner says, peaceful, and you can't hear the traffic. However from the condo balcony you hear the traffic more than the ocean, other than very early in the morning. There is NO noise inside the condo - its nice and quiet no matter the noise in the pool below the balcony or the road. Its very very peaceful and serene I would easily give this condo 5 stars if it weren't for the location, which the owner can't do anything about. I should have checked google maps which I believe is on the description. My bad. I would stay in any one of the owners' properties in the future, no questions asked. I'll just be more careful about checking the map.

Exceptional

Pictures don’t do it justice. Unit is clean, modern, and full of quality furnishings, decor, and products. Owner was so responsive and hospitable. I usually hate leaving my bed when I travel but the beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing. Hot tub and pool were not crowded and easy access to beach. I would give this unit a 20 out of 10. The elevator was down but that’s not the owners fault and they are working to repair it. So buy light if you bring up groceries. We absolutely loved it and will book again. Worth every penny.

Excellent Place!

Our two days at NASA were a lot of fun and we spent some time walking around Galveston. We loved talking to local artists, historians, and business people. We discovered the Nia Culture Center on the Strand- what a find! We went to the oil rig museum (very cool). The condo was absolutely beautiful- from the view to the decor. Very nice place

The condo itself was great and so was communication with the owner. The only downfall to this place is the elevator doesn’t work and there is no handicap ramp anywhere. If you don’t have any trouble with stairs this is a great place.

Christmas Vacation

The View is a perfect name for this condo. The view of the beach, the pool, etc cannot be surpassed. The front deck or porch has comfortable seating for several people to enjoy the view and to be friendly with others at the condos if one so chooses. Very clean, with all needed supplies and more. Charming decor with very comfortable beds and smart tv's in all the rooms. A very pleasant stay. at a good location.

Sports family and we love to spend time at the beach in our condo when not chasing our kids…oldest is pitcher for the LA Dodgers, middle daughter college volleyball player and youngest still in high school!

We travel so much with our kids in professional sports and college sports we just wanted a place to come to relax and look out over the beach! Our same interior designer did this condo so same style as our main home! Beds are great and master King has adjustable base to enjoy watching Netflix! The balcony area we enjoy sitting on the gliders and there is also a couch area to just relax and enjoy a glass of wine!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We purchased unit 210 as it is the premium location in the complex…middle building 2nd floor right over the pool area and stunning views of the beach. We include a beach cart with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, yeti soft cooler, and 2 beach umbrellas with a sand picnic large mat to enjoy the beach in front of condo …. No rental chairs needed we include everything. We love walking the beach at night and early coffee walks!
