Colonial Seas unit #4 - 2 Saulsbury St. - Steps to the beach! Located in this charming ocean front complex is a pet friendly, first floor gem of an apartment! A screened in porch welcomes you with ample outdoor seating and comfort. From the porch there is access to the kitchen through the front door, or enter the spacious living room through the large slider door. In the living room area you will find a perfect space for family and friends to gather including a dining table and chairs. The large kitchen perfectly accommodates any group or family that like to cook and eat in, offering another set of table and chairs. In the hallway there is a stack washer/dryer and a full bathroom. There are two guests bedrooms and a master bedroom with a full bathroom. The community offers off street parking for 2 cars, a shared outside shower, gas grill, and private dune area at the front of the property, great for lounging, games, and barbecues.

2-3 Night Stays: $200/$100
4+ Night Stays: $300/$150
Notify Booking Agent of Dog(s) and Fee(s). Software bills $300/dog.

Community rules require the lease signer to be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be an occupant at the rental for the term of the lease. No smoking inside the home or porch area.

Bedding- 1 Double & 1 Single, 1 Queen, 1 Queen

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $173.25.

7 Night Stays: Jun-Aug .
3 Night Stays: MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, Columbus, Veterans Day Weekends.
2 Night Stays: Jan-May & Sep-Dec.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
