THIS HOUSE is a study in white, allowing the architectural elements and the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains to color your view. Modern touches abound: glass wet bar with seating, gas cook top, over-sized Jacuzzi tub, and glass showers and a custom, hand-crafted dining room chandelier.

Bedrooms are large and spacious with 4 out of 5 bedrooms boasting their own en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze giving you complete comfort. Fluffy comforters, plush towels, and luxury sheets gently lull you into sleep after a day in the desert.

Great Home!

If your looking for a great home with a swimming pool, your own bedroom and bath, this is the place for you! This beautiful home came with everything you need, it was clean, stocked with all necessary kitchen and bath necessities! We used this beautiful home for our annual girls weekend and it was perfect! There were 6 ladies and we even called in PalmSpringsSpaMassage.com who came to the home and gave each of us a massage! When I go back to Palm Springs, I will definitely stay again at this property!

Perfecto for Five Girls for a 3-Night Stay

We had a girls trip to Palm Springs and this 5 bedroom home was perfecto for our 3 night stay! There were 5 of us and the rooms were all VERY comfortable, spacious and we all managed to have our own bathrooms. I was also impressed with the kitchen - it was the most organized I've ever seen!!! The host, David, greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home which was much appreciated. Nothing but great things about this house - you won't be disappointed.

Best Stay

David took meticulous care to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was fabulous, spotlessly clean, generously appointed and the best stocked ever. 5 friends - we each had our own room and bathroom— perfect!! We walked each morning and enjoyed the pool greatly - the shaded chairs made it comfortable even on the hottest of days. Would definitely book again.— just the best!!

Perfect Stay

David was a superb host. The house is very well located in a quiet neighborhood and was great for the ten of us for a four-night stay. Comfortable, clean and plenty of bathrooms, important for several families under one roof. David was extremely responsive to issues when we needed him. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

Ten of us stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend as we all attended my son’s wedding. David was flexible with our checkin time allowing us to check in early. Everything was perfect and we never needed to call him for anything during our stay. The property is huge, giving us plenty of space to congregate in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas as well as the outdoor space. The bedrooms were all super comfortable. In fact the property is so perfect we’re talking about going back next year! We highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Fantastic Property!

We had such a fantastic time! The house was phenomenally well-equipped. Beautifully designed- everything was high quality. Our host was so gracious and kind and helpful- exactly what you would wish for. We are already talking about coming back so we can enjoy the lovely pool and yard when the forecast is not for snow everywhere in California. High recommend!

Perfectly PS

David was incredibly friendly and helpful, he made us feel very warmly welcomed and well take care of. The house was ideal for our group as we all had private bathrooms, plenty of space to hangout together and also enjoy alone time. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely and we spent many hours relaxing in them. The location is ideal for exploring PS and surrounds, the nearest supermarket is an easy 10-15min walk away and downtown is 5-10min away by car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Beautiful Palm Springs House

Comfortable, spacious house in a classic Palm Springs neighborhood full of midcentury modern architectural gems. Perfect for our family reunion. Easy drive to nearby grocery store (Ralph's) and downtown Palm Springs. Our only issue was the internet, which could probably use an upgrade. But the house was perfect, and exactly as described. Property manager David was great to work with. I'd rent this house again.

Palm Springs getaway

Property was well kept and very welcoming. The pool was a big hit with the grand kids and adults. The kitchen had all the essentials to be able to cook for the family. Great common areas as well as privacy in the bedroom areas.

Excellent!!

This has everything! The location is fantastic and you are minutes from downtown or the airport. Walking in the neighborhood was amazing to do at nighttime; the lights are beautiful. The pool is fantastic, and the bathroom off the pool is a life savor. Did I mention that there are two sets of washers/dryers? So if you have children...this was a game changer for us! Great property and we can't wait to stay here for a 3rd time!

Nice place with great rooms!

Great property! Pool is really nice, everything worked, bedrooms were all great and nice that everyone had their own bathroom. Property is very close to neighbors so you have to watch noise levels, as neighbors are liable to call police. Wasn't an issue for us

Great getaway

Beautiful large five bedroom house that is close to the town. The kitchen is huge and has all the amenities needed but your also close to a lot of great restaurants.

Quiet Desert Oasis!

The White House was EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing getaway for the 4th of July weekend! The house was SO spacious & came fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could think of. We did a lot of cooking inside, but braved the heat to grill outside one night, & the house had everything from grilling tools to serving trays! The only downside, which is applicable for ANY rental in Palm Springs (you'd think they'd value tourism revenue more), is that you cannot play music outside at any time of day - or even talk louder than 50 decibels - & the White House has full-time neighbors. We downloaded a decibel reader & you would be surprised how quiet even 50 decibels is - so just be wary if you are looking for a party house! David informed us of all of the rules when he helped us check in, & was very accessible leading up to & after our stay (he even over-nighted my laptop that I mistakenly left at the property)! 5 stars for the house & the customer service. Thank you Mod Mansions!!
