If you are interested in a long term rental as part of "Stay Safe - Stay Home" , please inquire about special rates for rentals of 2 weeks or longer. Home office setup is also available for those needing to work remotely.

Relax in this luxurious and updated 5 bedroom Palm Springs vacation home! The highlight of this residence is the usable backyard which boasts a heated pool, hot tub and gathering space for large groups. Not to mention the upscale kitchen which allows you to feel "right at home" with modern stainless steel appliances. Imagine the possibilities. The spacious layout of this home makes it ideal for gatherings of family and friends.
The new owners have recently put upgrades in place, including new 80'' and 55'' tv's, hybrid mattresses and outdoor furniture. If you need to work while enjoying this home, there is even a new 27" monitor, desk and office chair to make sure you are comfortable.

The mid-century ranch style home is located in the desirable, upscale Deepwell neighborhood. It is minutes from the eclectic, yet historical town of Palm Springs. Downtown has a diverse assortment of restaurants, spas and other attractions. Many movie stars have and do call this area home. Walkable to the South Lykken Trail for hikes or the Tahquitz River Trail for a run makes this home location ideal.

If you are traveling with kids, you can't miss the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway or Living Desert Zoo & Gardens. For a more romantic trip, drive up to Desert Hot Springs or indulge at Two Bunch Palms Spa. As you can see, the options in the desert are endless.

This home as 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a powder room as well as multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces ensuring that your group has plenty of space to spread out but can also retreat to the privacy of their room.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Michael was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful with instructions or anything else that we needed during our stay. This property had an abundance of everything from BBQ grill tools, several pots/pans, seasonings, linens, and towels on top of being very spacious. Highly recommend

Wonderful for extended families. Easy walking to down PS. Kitchen well equipped for big meals. Two adjacent living rooms allow groups to spread out but still be together. Lots of towels and pillows comfortable beds and pillows.

Family Friendly

Michael greeted us on arrival with a thorough walk through in such a welcoming and friendly manner. (beautiful stargazer lilies perfuming the dining room).Our family of 8 (2years to 76 years) agreed it was the most well-equiped and best maintained property we have vacationed in as a group.The kitchen especially was well supplied with cookware, dishware and appliances (and laundry) that were top of the line.Eight minutes to the airport, grocery store and conveniences no more than 10 minutes from the house.We would absolutely stay in this property again and would recommend it to all those considering it.

Beautiful and best equipped house ever

I"m impressed at how well this house was equipped for us. It was truly a resort. The furnishings and especially the beds were very stylish and comfortable. The spa was delightful, the BBQ was clean and ready for us. We availed ourselves of the toys in the closet too. There were plenty of kitchen serving and cooking pieces, spices, containers, baggies...the owners really provided everything we needed. lovvacatcarefree relaxing vacation.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips, and the home was well stocked with towels, cookware, spices, etc. The backyard was another highlight with a lovely pool with plenty of pool toys, not to mention the ping pong table. We all agreed that this is our favorite home that we have stayed in Palm Springs over the past 5 years. Keith was super helpful as well. A 5 star experience!

A Great Stay For Coachella

Beautiful large house ideal for families

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed this property. The large pool and hot tub were constantly in use. The house is perfectly set up for a family or friends getaway with multiple bedrooms spaced out for privacy and solitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and property manager were also great to deal with and responded promptly to emails and texts. Highly recommend.

6 adults 3 kids and a toddler and the house worked perfectly for all of us! Very comfortable home with kid friendly furnishings. Beautiful large pool and hot tub too! Great location….short drive to downtown, shopping, and main roads for adventures further away. Would definitely stay here again.

Sprawling ranch is well equipped

We had 7 adults for the Thanksgiving week and we had plenty of space. The backyard is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had all the things we needed to make a traditional holiday turkey. There are lots of games and towels and throw blankets so every one could be comfortable doing whatever they wanted to do. We watched all the football games on the TV and enjoyed some movies sprawled out on the big sectional sofa. Fireplace in living room worked fine. We paid for the pool heating and the spa worked like a charm. Plenty of parking for all the cars. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk and it’s is very convenient and quiet. Two things to note which were minor but worth sharing: -The Nest by the primary bedroom is battery powered. We had to pop it on and off to be able to set the temp. This unit (and the other Nest by the front door) had some sort of presets we had to work against which kept driving the temp down to 65. Eventually after a few days it was able to stay set as we had preferred. - the bedroom through the kitchen has a full bath next to it but the other three guest bedrooms share a full bath and a half bath on the other side of the house. So a guest occasionally had to trudge down the hall and across through the kitchen to shower. As a family this was fine, but it might be uncomfortable for folks who aren’t related. We would definitely stay here again for another family reunion.

This rental was a great spot for a small family reunion we had recently (7 adults, 2 children). It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of room in the house and bedrooms…nice pool and jacuzzi in the back with nice ping pong table and pool toys. All the appointments in the interior of the home are freshly done in modern motif (kitchen, bathrooms, everything looks to have been remodeled fairly recently). Place is stacked with everything you need in the kitchen in terms of all utensils, pots/pans, garbage bags, appliances etc…have never seen a place stocked so well. They have a fair amount of baby gear and the like in one of the closets. Owners were very responsive to advance questions we had and addressed some comments we saw in prior reviews. Property managers were local and available to us by phone on our arrival though we didn’t need to contact them at all as EVERYTHING WORKS!!! Would not hesitate to stay there again. One thing to note is that this location as all in Palm Springs is under strict noise ordinances and outdoor music is not allowed. We had no problems managing it but for that reason this would not be a great location for a RAGER of sorts…though we had plenty of fun in the pool and weren’t exactly quiet…but there were zero issues.

Family Retreat

Just a great home for a Family Retreat!! The Owners were so available for any questions. We decided the day we arrived that we did want the pool heated and instantly they are heating the pool for us. The accommodations were great for our family with the 5 bedrooms. Absolutely NO shortage of towels or linens, the linen closet was so well stocked. Our kids LOVED the toys and games and us adults spent quite a few hours playing Scrabble on a delightful board. Very easy to stay here again.:).

Crazy Experience

All I can say is the house fell apart on us. The spa didn't work the first day, the fridge stopped working and raw sewage exploded out of the main bedroom shower drain. Attempts were made to remedy the situation but unfortunately we had to leave early from our trip. The property has potential but it has severe issues. The owners did compensate us partially for the inconvenience and money lost on food and groceries. I have never experienced anything like this. Hopefully the owner fixes the problem(s) before they rent it out to someone else.

Does perfection exist? In this house it does!

The house is MUCH larger than the photos give credit for. The entire property is so well maintained and clean. A group of 9 adults stayed for our trip and we all had plenty of space for group activities and time to mingle in smaller groups. This is one of the first places we have stayed in that I would really say has everything you need in terms of the details. The kitchen is so well stocked, there are extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. There were enough pool towels for our entire group which is awesome. We wanted for nothing! We did not have children with us but there is a lot of extra stuff for them as well (pool toys, play pen, children/toddler plates and utensils, etc). However, as a group of adults we never felt like it was a space designed around children which we loved. It's a pretty easy walk to downtown (depending on the heat!) and the guide they provided is so nice ( please follow their recommendation for Koffi in town, it's delightful!). This place is a steal!

We had a great stay!

The house worked out perfect for our large party of 10. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The backyard was amazing! Beautiful pool and covered area with lots of privacy. Really nice location, just a short 4 minute drive to the “downtown” area of PS. The house was also very well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Thank you!!

Easter Vacation

The house had everything we needed. Lots of room, great backyard with lots of sun and shade. There were lots of pool toys and games for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Family Gathering

The house is huge and the layout worked well for the 8 of us. The pool and spa were well used, as was the ping pong table. The pool heat went out ? due to a windy winter storm. The manager and owner were easy to reach and they got the problem fixed so we had the heated pool for end of our stay.

Fun for Family and Friends

Hosts provided a home away from home with every convenience imaginable. We enjoyed every square inch especially the pool and hot tub area and the TV room on cool evenings. This mid-century home is ideal for getting into Modernism Week. Location is walkable to town, restaurants and hiking. Loved it.

Great for our 3 generations

big beautiful house, well equipped, pleasant owner and nearby manager. highly recommend. we had 3 generations with us, everybody loved the place. There is some nice art and vases around-- we stowed the glass vases away to prevent the kids from damaging anything, then put them back at the end of the trip. And there's no fence around the pool, if you're worried about toddlers. But for everybody else the place is pretty perfect. The pool/hot-tub heating system is a little opaque & complex and was glitchy at times, but it worked well-enough. Most of the time the pool was quite warm and we enjoyed it.

Oasis in the Center of it All

Great place to stay. Part of the pool is always in the shade. Never have I stayed at a place that had so many things in the house, a hand mixer, a blender, etc. We brought some of that stuff with us but it was all there for you to use. Everything about it was so amazing and spacious. We really loved it all. One of my favorite places to stay. Both owners and property manager were helpful. Very responsive owners too! Got replies back almost asap! A few notes, the listing said check out was at 11 but it was actually at 10, They let us check in super early since nobody else was staying there which was amazing! Bring blackout curtains to keep some of the heat out of the rooms.

Great Place for Families

This property truly exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice once you arrive. This is a huge house which gave everyone plenty of room. No one ever felt crowed here. We had multiple kids in our group and between the pool, the table tennis, and the 80" TV, there was plenty to keep them occupied which allowed us to relax and catch up with family. One detail that I loved was the fact that the house was fully stocked with all the random items and utensils you need. We brought many items that we did not need to as it was already at the house. Finally, the 2 thermostats in the house worked great and helped us in the 115-degree weather. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway in the desert

Our family spent a weekend at deepwell We really had a great time. The house was spacious and clean, just a wonderful place to get away and relax We all agreed that we would certainly like to come back again.

Great pool, nice house.

The house was decent. Some of the bathrooms had some struggles with adequately hot water for showers and some of the furniture/carpet was in a little disrepair, but the pool was great (lots of floaties). The property manager could not have been more friendly. There were big, all caps warnings about not playing music by the pool, which seems a little nuts. Obviously it is rude at night, but on a saturday afternoon when you are having a birthday bbq, it would be nice to have some music playing at a respectable volume.

We have been coming to Palm Springs for 20 years first as a couple and now as a family and always wanted a place of our own.
