Just 3 min walk to bay & 7 min walk to beach, beach cart provided, along with 2 bikes & outdoor games. There is also a fire pit in the yard for fun evenings with family & friends. A charcoal BBQ is located in the back yard.
New build completed in March 2023, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. Fully equipped kitchen with every gadget! Laundry facilities included.
A comfortable spacious screened porch over looks the front of the property, where you can enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Also a rear deck with great views.
We love dogs so have no restriction on number or size, nor do we charge a pet fee. Pet bowls & beds and 1 large crate provided.
State park is just a mile away, where you can launch a boat.
3 restaurants on the Cape, 1 bar & 2 general stores.
The deeded beach access dune was renourished earlier this year, but sometimes the tide and storms make it a challenge to access the beach - in this case, the public access is just down the road - see map.
We do not charge a pet fee or mind how many you have, but please let us know how many you are bringing so we can let the cleaners know a head of time - thank you.
