Come relax at this stunning, fully renovated, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. This updated home is TRULY just steps to the beach. Enjoy gorgeous gulf views and bay views in this perfectly located home. The living room and bedrooms each have access to the home's two, expansive wrap around decks. Located on the Cape's beautiful North end, this home has the State Park, bike and walking trails, The Trading Post, Weber's Donuts, bike and boat rentals, restaurants and of course the beaches and bay all near by. Just relax and enjoy our property The Coral Seahorse! Washer and Dryer is also provided! 2 minute walk to the beach!

New inground pool is ready to go! It can be heated for an additional $200 a week.

7 night minimum with Saturday to Saturday bookings Memorial Day to Middle of August.
3 night minimum from middle of August to Memorial Day in May.
We offer snowbird rates for monthly rentals November through February.

An amazing house in a perfect location! What more could you want than a beautiful house with a heated pool next to a beach! Kitchen has all the essentials so cooking meals is easy!! And it is walking distance from the seafood market! EBest vacation ever!

Overall it was a great stay. Sunsets were beautiful and had a great view fromThe top deck. Pool was great for the littles! Only problems we ran into was there was only one dish towel and about a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We cooked most of the time with it being thanksgiving so we had to use the hand towels that were in the bathroom.

Wonderful place to stay. Probably the best most modern house we've stayed in at the cape with every amenity you could want. Landlords were great and communicated well.

I can’t say enough good about the Coral Seahorse. It was just fantastic. My wife and I and our tween, teen, and young adult children were with us (8 total). We had a wonderful experience. The home is just like the pictures and description say. It is updated, feels modern, very nice decorated - it feels pretty new. The location is stellar - not too far into the cape and a straight shot to the beach on foot - takes about 45 seconds to walk there. The home has wonderful balconies with outdoor furniture to dine or relax outside. Wonderful views. The pool looks a little small in the pictures but is bigger than I thought and is really fun. We paid to have it heated and it was so comfortable. There are neat night lights for the pool as well. Josh and Melinda were very quick to respond to inquiries, very friendly and down-to-earth. Made everything great. We would definitely stay here again!

Such an amazing vacation!

The views were gorgeous and the house had literally everything we could have possibly needed (and more) during our stay!! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Such a memorable vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Best fall break!!

Lovely house on a beautiful white sand beach! Amazing location near the trading post and donut shop! Well equipped kitchen with gorgeous views! Super comfy beds! Heated pool was great for our small kids! The pools lights enabled us to swim at night!!

Comfy and Clean

By far this place was the cleanest house we have ever stayed at while visiting CSB. The floor plan worked very well for our family and the modern decor was nice too. The new pool was a big hit with our small kids and overall couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Perfect location in Cape San Blas!

This was a wonderful beach trip to Cape San Blas! We loved the home and close proximity to the beach, seafood market, general store, ice cream, etc. The private pool was a great addition! A big thank you to the owner Josh for his quick follow up on any questions we had. We would love to come back next year!

Great family vacay

This was a beautiful home, in a great little beach town. You cannot beat the sunrise and sunsets from the top deck. A great location to walk to the Tradin post, ice cream shop, donuts and St Joe shrimp! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the pool at the house. Owners were super responsive to house needs and our requests! One of the best family vacations ever!

Great beach house

We had a wonderful week here. The property was so convenient to the beach, st joe shrimp and other spots. This location made it easy to get ice cream each night, and some doughnuts for breakfast made fresh. Just a few things to make the trip extra special. The pool is so nice and a perfect compliment to the beach. We will be back.

Just Book It

The house was darling and functional! The location was perfect. We were close enough my 3 & 6yr old could walk to and from the beach just fine. We enjoyed having the trading post and donuts in walking distance. We truly enjoyed the area and beaches, atmosphere was great for a slow down. The heated pool with lights was great for the cooler temps. We will absolutely be back to this home. Thank you to the host for having us :)

Wonderful family trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Corral Seahorse. The house is beautiful, very well stocked, and a very short walk to the beach, seafood market, ice cream and donut shops, and trading post. The pool was clean and our kids loved having one on hhthe property. The views from the balconies are fantastic. Communication with the owners was top notch, as Josh would reply to my many pre-trip questions very quickly. Our family would love to stay here again next year!

The house was nicely decorated with a beachy feel. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was great - the water was the perfect temp. A short walk to the beach was not bad, and we appreciated the wagon to transport chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did not expect all the shells in the sand once on the beach, though. Getting in and out of the ocean was like stepping on sharp legos. A few areas I would suggest for improvement: a lamp or 2 in the living room area would be nice for softer light rather than having to use the recessed ceiling lights; some extra attention to dust by the cleaning crew (vents, ceiling fans, behind furniture, etc); and better organization and cleaning in the outdoor shower/bathroom area (beach chairs were piled in the shower area and there were lots of critter droppings in the bathroom area - making both areas unusable). Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great week here.

Great house and wonderful location

The house was very clean and was just as nice as advertised. Both the owner and property manager were very accommodating. We were missing some linens and the property manager came out to house to bring the linens and even provided extra towels we asked for. The location is perfect. It really is a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to the Trading Post, Ice Cream, Weber’s Donut stand (we missed out this year because they were closed due to family illness), and St. Joe Shrimp and Seafood company.

Perfect stay

We had an excellent time. The location was perfect. Communication with Josh was prompt and any concern was quickly addressed. Only a short walk for groceries, fresh seafood, and ice cream. We highly recommend. The extremely short walk to the beach not a problem and was actually quite relaxing. Also, the upper deck was very nice for sunrise and sunset; it gave views of the bay and the gulf. Everything made for a perfect beach trip for our family and friends.

The minute our family stepped foot on Cape San Blas we knew it was special. We travel a lot and have been fortunate enough to see many beautiful places. Cape San Blas just stood out. Cape isn't just the nature, the beauty, the relaxation and fun that it embodies but also a feeling that captures your heart. We new almost immediately we wanted to be there as often as we could. So, we decided to buy a home, renovate it and share it all with you!

This property is unique as it is so close to both the Gulf and the St Joseph's Bay. The property has views of both from the decks, the living room, the kitchen, the stairwell and all of the bedrooms. We are a very short walk away from a gorgeous beach and also to Weber's Little Donut Shop, Cape Coffee & Ice Cream and Peachy's Beach Eats. We are right next door to Scallop Cove General store as well. You can get anything you could possibly need there including but not limited to: renting a boat, kayak, paddle board and bicycles.
