The space
This recently constructed getaway is designed as a "Super Studio".

-Main enterance leads to the Main Bedroom (queen bed, ceiling-mounted retractable TV).

From there, the rooms fan out behind barn doors. These include:

-Dining/ Sitting Room (bay window providing view of trees and creek, drop leaf table and comfortable barrel accent chair)

-Kitchen (lightly stocked treats, double electric burner, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, coffee maker with pods, sink with garbage disposal, cooking/ dining ware)

-Bathroom (Roman tub with shower, two separate sinks, toilet enclosed by separte door)

-Office/ Supplimental Bedroom (futon, desk, chair dresser, hanging rack),

-Walk-In Closet (dresser, hanging racks, addtional open drawers, shelving, shoe rack).

Outside amenities include:

-Raised Deck (with bistro-style table/ chair set)

-Designated Yard Space (with lounge chairs and small table)

-Fire Pit (with materials & fire service provided, by appointment)
Guest access
Guests will arrive at a main front house (where host resides), then walk though a covered car port on the left, enter through a coded gate to a spacious back yard. There you will find the new raised addition for your exclusive use. Guests may access raised deck (at the top of the stairs), tan-bark yard area directly connected to raised deck, and fire pit (by appointment).
