I don't know if you have been to Cabo before or if you are familiar with the area, this penthouse is located on the main beach, the only safe beach to swim and where the nice restaurants, bars, and all the fun stuff, also 1 block away from down town. This penthouse studio is the best location in Cabo AND the resort.we are in the only building in the resort that is beach front and yes, you get DAILY MAID SERVICE and ALL the usual services that come with a 4 and a half star resort like towels and use of all the areas; gym, spa, beach club, room service, concierge, activities, restaurants,, etc.... Awesome location.

Everything was as shown/described in pictures. Views forever, clean well maintained owners penthouse. Super responsive host, Dora answered any questions with helpful guidance. Daily cleaning by resort staff was a luxury in a vrbo rental! Great central location. The music from below and above would probably be the only aspect that wasn't our favorite, but it all was over by 10pm.

Location could not be better. At the front part of the resort, amazing views. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Even though VRBO you have all the resort amenities walkable to town grocery store restaurants at etc..

This is an amazing location, walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive to our needs while staying. Anyone looking to visit here, this is a must stay, we will be back for sure!!

Perfect location lovely condo

We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful, extremely clean and the location canā€™t be beat. The only thing I would warn about is the noise from late afternoon until about 11:00pm. Being located in the best spot in the building all of the beach front bars are just below and they play really loud club music from about 3-11pm.

Great location!

Great location if you want to be near great restaurants and right on the swimming beach. You can walk everywhere. The room is just a bedroom off the penthouse but has a very nice bathroom. It has a balcony but right now there is construction going on near by. We rented the penthouse for one night and it was beautiful.

Great place!

You are staying at a nice resort in a penthouse type unit right on the beach with awesome views and location to the city and Marina. The resort staff were all awesome and they did a nice job keeping things clean. 3 pools to choose from. Since you are at the busiest part of Medano beach be ready for some club type music from about 8 to 11 so if you want peace and quiet it might not be for you. If you want a lot of action it is right up your alley! Dorita and the hotel staff were very attentive to a couple issues we had with the water. They were fixed quickly.

We couldnā€™t get hot water to shower, which was a bummer. But the room was nice. Missing a couple of basics - small table on the deck, tissues, wash cloths. Not a big deal. Overall very nice. Would stay here again and work out the hot water thing. Lively location, walk to great restaurants and the beach/view are 2nd to none. Baja Brewery on top floor has the best view in the city!

Our host was outstanding. Responded in minutes to answer questions and get a couple minor operational issues resolved. Unit had million dollar view of water and located steps to the beach. Hotel had multiple pools and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to make us a homeRoom had everything we needed. Hot tub was a nice feature

The property host apparently double booked the property. we showed up in mexico and had no place to stay! Hotel reservations then took advantage of our situation. property host claims she is refunding my money, still dont have it all!

Incredible Views !

Overall a great condo. There are two listings for this one property. So it is a little confusing when searching to book. The air conditioning does not cool too well in the living area and master bed area. It blows cool but not cold and wouldn't cool down below 23 Celsius. Maintenance looked at it twice during our 5 days to no avail. However the views take your mind of the interior !!!

Best vacation ever, breathtaking view walking distance to everywhere right on the main beach of acabo. There is a construction going on we where concerned about noise but we didnā€™t feel any noise or inconvenience it was just fantastic!!

Location location location!!!! This place has it all. It has beautiful beach and awesome restaurants and bars and itā€™s located right in the heart of the action when you want to walk around. Thereā€™s also live music at the brewery on the top floor and it was awesome! The only Goofy thing was the woman who pretended she was going to check us into the hotel was actually trying to sell us timeshares.

We still live here and have a house on the beach on the corridor but we keep this condo to relax and hang out on the beach so we can have nice dinners hang out on our bread new roof top 360 and not have to drive anywhere!! We hope you enjoy our magical place on the bay and have you come back year after year like our previous guest do.
