CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Refunds for cancellations after 60 days before check-in will be provided if the unit can be rebooked at the same rate or above. If the unit is rebooked at a lesser amount the refund will be on the lesser amount.

LESS THAN 5-NIGHT BOOKING: Vrbo cannot capture additional nightly fee for less than a 5-night booking. Therefore, a revised quote will be sent to include the additional fee of $50/night for all bookings less than 5 nights.
