CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Perfect unit. Perfect view. Perfect plumbing. Great service. Great showers. Great beds & linens. Caveat: we did not cook. Complete set of dishes were apparent. I did not look at cookware. Exactly what I wanted.

Condo was great! We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is incredible! The resort was very nice and walkable to the marina, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend!

Location and view was unbelievable, make sure you hit the rooftop pool and bar, so much fun. Easy walk to town and marina where you can do all sorts of water activities.

Amazing place to stay

I have stayed booked through the hotel before but staying at Robertā€™s place was even better. He gave so much information beforehand and the place was lovely. Location of it is the best you can get. I have stayed in Cabo plenty of times at different hotels and houses and would choose staying here over anywhere else here on out! :)

The resort is amazing. Food is great, service is great. The condo was perfect. Great view, clean, easy to check in, great service. Would definitely stay here again. You canā€™t beat the location.

Amazing view!

The room was amazing, especially the balcony. The view was incredible!! The 3 TVs were big and new and we were able to stream our shows from providers. Another great touch was that there were three separate temperature controls so we could make each room a different temperature if we wanted. And the resort was fantastic! Good restaurants and three infinity pools with ocean views. We were very impressed with the Rooftop 360. Amazing view from the huge rooftop area. Loved the pool and bar up there too and we got some tasty bites to eat. Everyone at the resort speaks surprisingly good English, if you donā€™t want to speak Spanish. And the beach club is great, but it helps to make reservations and get there before 11. Medano Beach was beautiful and clean and the perfect temperature. There are lots of water activities you can book right near the beach club, which is super convenient. The only negative I had with our experience in the room is that the beds are extremely firm, especially the queen bed, way too firm for my liking.

Wonderful stay!

Recently stayed at Robertā€™s condo with 2 other girlfriends, a total of 3 of us, and it was an incredible time! We very much enjoyed his condo. It was comfortable, the kitchen had all utensils needed and the jacuzzi was used daily! The beds were very cozy and the bathrooms were perfect. WiFi was included and none of us had any issues. The hotel check in and out was very simple and easy. We had a few questions about our bill before check out, to which I emailed Robert and he responded right away and called the front desk to remove them for us. The location is perfect!!! Right on the beach, close to several great and easy restaurants. Itā€™s also walking distance to the Marina and Centro, but not so close that the loud crowds would keep you up. Security and staff at Cabo Villas are all super friendly as well. We took taxis to a few places, including Walmart to stock up on food, and felt safe each time we left and returned. Robert was a great host as well and provided us with an information packet beforehand which includes what to expect, and local guide info. There is construction going on, but honestly if the patio doors and windows are closed, we hardly heard a thing. It did not bother nor wake us. We all agreed how much we loved this condo and Cabo Villas, and how we can wait to return someone and tell our family and friends about it! Thank you Robert for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our unit everything was as seen on Home Away. What a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the boat traffic, yachts and cruise ships. It was a perfect location to the beach, town and marina. Everything is within walking distance of the unit. Robert was very helpful with everything.

The owner was the easiest and best we have ever dealt with on VRBO or AirBNB. He was responsive and professional and extremely attentive. His unit was spectacular and we can't wait to go back! The location and view cannot be surpassed. Everything was in perfect working order. The property personnel were friendly and terrific to deal with. We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to Cabo because of the property and the hassle-free experience from booking to check-out. Highly recommend to everyone!

Great location in Dan Lucas

We enjoyed our stay where we awoke to a beautiful sunrise view of the harbor. The location is a few steps from the beach and many restaurants nearby. There is a great spa next to the hotel with inexpensive massages and facials. The construction next door will be ongoing for most of 2019 but we didnā€™t hear much construction noise. There is a fair amount of nighttime music though. Overall, a very good value.
