Cozy Cape Condo minutes from Brewster Beaches

There’s no better way to experience all that Brewster has to offer than taking your family to stay at the Ocean Edge Resort. Just minutes off the property you will find yourself at the beach, on the golf course, or at one of the many excellent restaurants in this small, culture rich Cape Cod town.

THE SPACE:
This first floor, Cozy Cape Condo is located on the Ocean Edge Resort Golf Course in Brewster. Walk out of the slider door and onto the furnished patio and take in the view of the courses 4 th hole. The two bedroom, two bathroom condo features a master bedroom with a queen bed, full attached bathroom, and large closet with plenty of space. The master is equipped with a TV that has YoutubeTV and Netflix ready for use. The guest bedroom is flexible to accommodate the kids or another adult couple. It features a bunk bed with a full size bottom and twin size top along with a single twin bed. Next to the
guest bedroom is another full bathroom.

Enjoy a night in watching movies in the living room on the 55 in. 4k Samsung TV that also has YoutubeTV and Netflix. After the kids go to bed, pour yourselves a drink and relax on the lighted patio. If family dinners are your thing, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pans to cook a delicious meal. A grill
for use by the renters of this condo only is also provided in the back yard. A Keurig and K-Cups are provided for morning coffee.

Brewster is home to not just beautiful beaches but also parks, shops, and some of the best restaurants on the Cape. Close to Ocean Edge you can find some wonderful beaches just minutes away including Breakwater Beach and Crosby Landing Beach. If you are looking for a few great places to wine and dine consider checking out The Brewster Fish House, Linx Tavern, Ocean Terrace or The Island Blue Crab. Or for a spot to grab some drinks you can try The Woodshed (a local Cape Cod favorite) or The Beach Bar at Ocean Edge. Drummer Boy Park and Nickerson State Park are also close by and offer walking trails and playgrounds for children. There are also beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo including The Captains Golf Course. The Cape Cod rail trail is also a wonderful daytime activity and can be accessed right on the Ocean Edge property.

Unfortunately guests do not have access to the Ocean Edge Golf Course or the resorts other amenities.
