Just THREE BLOCKS from all that downtown Sandusky and the Lake Erie Shore have to offer, this beautiful, luxury apartment is sure to please. Walk to the ferry for transport to Cedar Point, Kelly's Island or Put-In-Bay, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and more. Less than 10 minute drive to Cedar Point, Sports Force Park, Kalahari or just about any other local attraction. An amazing area with so much to do.

This unit was designed specifically to accommodate transient guests traveling to Sandusky, Ohio. Converted from old medical professional offices, the hosts have taken over six years of guest feedback to design, gut and rebuild ideal vacation accommodations. Modest bedrooms, large bathroom and open kitchen/living/dining area make this a great place for a vacation home base.

Guests will have access to the entire unit including a semi-shared patio area. Guests should never enter the front, two-story commercial space unless they have business with one of the occupants.

It should still be noted that this is a downtown, mixed use complex; while we've never had issues with loud or unruly neighbors, we cannot guarantee silence!

Our city vacation rental permit does limit the number of guests. We use common area security cameras and noise monitoring devices to verify guest count. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.
