Our stay was great just needs comfy chairs for the sun/living room and a air fryer but love the bungalow and would stay there again

The unit was clean and the pool was wonderful and warm. The space was very small but it worked for us. The furniture in the living room should be updated. It was not comfortable and we couldn’t watch March Madness which was a bummer. We found two eating establishments within walking distance. Overall, a fun place to go.

The property was exactly as advertised. I liked that it still has that “old Florida” charm and is very close to the Beach, Publix groceries, and other restaurants. It’s perfect for a couple looking to get away from crowds and noise.

Yes, beach view was obstructed there are other buildings between the building and the beach. Pool was great. The only thing I guess I really don't like is being told I can't set the temperature below a certain temp. I pay good money and I expect to be comfortable. Great place though and I would probably stay again if I go back to Anna Marie.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your 5-star review and we do apologize in regards to the ac we do try to limit the ac at 72 degrees or 71 degrees just so it does not get cranked down past 68 and in our humid/hot climate that prevents any freezing up of the evap coil.

One of the most lush pools in all of AMI- heated, big, surrounded by very nice landscaping, which gives it this tucked away feeling-despite being in the middle of town! Very cute little bungalow, perfect for a couple. We found ourselves perfectly able to make a grouper, bacon, & egg breakfast with a full size stove/oven and fridge, and toaster. We were able to innovate when needing a kitchen utensil or sundries not supplied (example: a citrus press, or lids for the storage glass bowls, ziploc baggies, salt & pepper, etc). The older glass door to the wonderfully spacious & clean patio (with its own outdoor shower!!) pool area was actually difficult to open/close (the screen slider even worse!); a couple of margaritas later, & you barely notice. Absolutely prime location for an EASY walk to the ocean, Publix, & several restaurants, being close to the main road makes longer island trips breezy & yet no audible road noise at all! Bath & Bedroom have minimal/no shelving or counter space; few extra floating shelves could help here.Perhaps the dark cloud over our stay: a broken AC unit. We didn’t realize it was dying/broken most nights, with fitful/restless sleep being overheated & woken hourly or so with loud clanking/grating spinning-up metal-on-metal sounds through the night (we just thought it was old!) When the thermostat showed an error (which was hard to reach/see since I’m short!), we texted the company-they sent out a tech THAT NIGHT to fix it!! Overall lovely stay!

Perfect getaway spot!

The recent remodel was well done, but the porch cushions could use a refresh. The location was central to the island and it was very easy to get around. There is a grocery store nearby and a nice strip mall with very good eateries. A wonderful experience and I would love to return.

Anna Cabana great little place

Very nice property. Perfect for 2 people. Nicely landscaped and private. Great pool and outdoor porch and patio. Only negative is the shortcut access to the beach has been closed off by neighbor's fence.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT GETAWAY

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at the Anna Cabana bungalow! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to all the best shops, restaurants, and ice cream spots on Anna Maria Island. The bungalow was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved starting our mornings on the patio with coffee and ending the day with sunset walks just around the corner. Quiet, charming, and truly a slice of paradise. Already dreaming about coming back!

Total Relaxation

We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach and feel we couldn’t have found a better spot. Cabana #1 was clean and cozy, just right for 2 people. The beach chairs and umbrella were super nice and only a 1 block walk to the beach. The pool was great for relaxing at the end of the day. One of the most stressless vacations we have ever had as everything about our rental was as described.

Cozy bungalow

Great location and private. Beautiful landscape. Smaller unit and TV’s need to be upgraded. Should be better stocked with toilet paper, lotion, paper towel, salt and pepper, etc.

Quite Island Retreat

Clean and cozy. We ate our breakfast on our patio every morning, clean pool with a lot of groomed foliage. Romantic and my husband enjoyed the private outdoor shower. The pool was very nice to come back to, after a day at the beach. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella, with a very short walk to the beach. We plan on returning next year for annual "start of the summer" vacation. We also loved the "North Michigan" touch on the sign in the bedroom... we are from Grand Rapids, MI! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

It sounds like a jet engine. We turned the air off. The cushions on the chairs in the sun room need to be replaced.

Maintenance came promptly when I texted him. Unfortunately we were not able to use BBQ grill. The grill plates were rusted and we weren't able to clean them properly.But overall I was impressed and would love to return.
