The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed or wanted! The location was the BEST! I literally had tears when we walked out to the beach. My daughter and I had such a wonderful week. We hope to be back next year.

Very nice condo lived being on the beach. The kitchen is well supplied it would be nice to have insulated cups for coffee at the beach. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Close to restaurants Vinnies Hurricane Hanks and The Drs Office. Would definitely rent again!

Great condo!

Traveled to AMI and the Nautilus for over 45 years - and this is one of the best condos I have stayed at in that time. well appointed and comfortable!

Fall Beach Trip

Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely adorable. Decorated so cute and has everything you need. Communication was excellent. The pool was great. I think we pick the hottest week of the year. lol.

Good pool. Beautiful beach, beads were comfortable. All supplies were well marked. The dining chairs were straight and uncomfortable. Patio furniture was hard and uncomfortable to sit in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just spent a week at an Island Vacation property on Anna Maria Island. This is the third vacation I have booked with island vacation properties and I highly recommend! From the reservation process to the checkout - it is so easy and they are so accommodating. I so appreciated the check-ins throughout the week. Our property was spotless at checkin and the extra garbage bags, dish soap, and towels were so appreciated! Awesome service all around.

Anna Marie Island is BACK! Beautiful beachside condo

Very tastefully decorated, well stocked, thought out layout, labels on everything, comfortable beds and furniture, great location. The only complaint would be we had an issue with a grandchild locking a door to the food/entryway closet on Monday and didn’t get a response from manager until Thursday because of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. It would be nice to have someone address concerns any day when you’re on vacation. Otherwise it was perfect! We definitely will use this place in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you will need in the kitchen and is nicely decorated. It is close to the pool and the beach. The location is close to a trolley stop, so that is convenient. It is free to ride and air conditioned. It is not far from shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back again.
