Capistrano #201 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf-front/Beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The 1175 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 with 2 queens and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professionally manicured landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area, a sunset deck' , communal charcoal BBQ, parking, and bike rack. Our 2nd floor corner unit is ideal in this building--high enough for a view of the ocean, with only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves!

Our beach is not crowded, like some others. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront.

Splendid panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel armchairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel! (There is an electrical outlet on the deck). All the conveniences of home with fully equipped designer kitchen, large flat screen TV’s, stereo system, Free wireless high speed internet, and washer-drier. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub-shower . guest bath has glass block shower. We have three HD TV’s with Netflix and Smart Apps, so bring your streaming passwords or sign up for free 30 day trial while staying.

Location on 30A is 2 mi. West of Rosemary Beach and 1 mi. West of Aly's Beach and close to historic Seaside, between Destin and Panama City Beach--close to many independent restaurants, shops and art galleries. We are also close to Pier Park which offers movies and popular shopping. Beach chair and umbrella rentals with daily set up services, bike and kayak rentals are widely available. (Google 30a beach services).

Only 19 miles and 25 minutes from the Panama City/ NW Florida Beaches (ECP) airport!

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO landline phone in the unit. Also, we have recently added new , colorful comforters and shams to both bedrooms, to add to the upscale feel of our unit, and to get away from the “only white sheets”, cold, post -Covid look! These comforters are not laundered after each stay by our agency, but are easily laundered in our full size washer and drier.
