A very convenient 2 BR/ 2 bath townhome with easy beach and pool access and a 2 car garage for parking. Host was very accessible and provided an option for early check in. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side but sufficient for our short stay. Unit is nicely decorated but shows some wear in a few areas and would benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

Wonderful property! Great location with easy walk to neighboring towns of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Steps away to community pool and beach. Appreciated included bikes and beach chairs/umbrella/beach towels with this rental. Property owners very responsive to messages during the stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay in 30A!

Great location—easy walk to beach and pool was great especially given the kids. Short walk to a lot of restaurants and downtown Rosemary Beach. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Perfect for our stay!

The hosts were very accommodating, as we were navigating around a hurricane and needed to check in a few hours early to dodge the storm. Our stay was awesome, and the cottage was just what we needed—having a garage for our vehicle was a super helpful bonus.

Great location and awesome condo!

The place is awesome, very clean and well kept. The location to the beach is amazing and the ability to walk to shopping and food is great. The owners were super easy to work with and very nice. Highly recommend this location!

Perfect stay!

You never know what you’re going to get when booking online but this property did not disappoint ! The location was in close proximity to the beach and the property was very clean. We were impressed beyond our expectations and plan to make this an annual stay :)

Convenient location, comfortable beds- Had to contact host when checking in; super responsive but only check in information received prior to arrival was the lockbox location/information. Unit has 2 1 car garages; and no parking spaces. You must park in the garage to avoid blocking neighbors from getting in and out of their units. There is no remote garage openers available for use inside the condo; only a keypad on the outside of the garage doors. You have get out of your vehicle to open the garage door; but also have to unload your vehicle prior to entering garage because of the clearance. It was an inconvenience because you cannot enter the unit from the garage either; and unfortunately we had rain during our 3 day stay. Kitchen is missing a few key supplies I would recommend: Colander/strainer; muffin pan; potholders to remove items from the oven, and silverware divider that wasn’t broken (all silverware just mixed in drawer). Clear instructions on TV usage based on remote controls. Troubleshooting info if WiFi isn’t working would be helpful ….. most info in condo is outdated/not up to date. Slipcovers on couch need cleaning. Would also recommend investing in 2 more bicycles; having a service clean patio area of downstairs bedroom- it was overgrown/dirty and not somewhere we wanted to sit. Upstairs balcony is wonderful; but instructions on how to turn off exterior light would be helpful. Place would be perfect with these recommendations!!Other than that; unit

A beautful home in a terrific location. It brought back memories of our trip to San Torini.

The location is great. Right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. One of the nicest beaches on the coast. We will be back!

Overall, this was an okay stay. The location was definitely the highlight — it’s very convenient to the beach, and we appreciated being close to local shops and restaurants. The condo itself was nice and generally comfortable, and the garages were a great bonus for storing our vehicle and bikes securely. Host was very responsive. That said, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The biggest challenge was the air conditioning. The temperature settings were restricted to prevent the unit from freezing, which made it difficult to keep certain areas comfortable. In particular, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom stayed much warmer than we would have liked.The shower in the bathroom worked, but not particularly well. The shower head felt cheap and did not spray evenly, which made showering less enjoyable than expected.Overall, the property has a lot going for it, especially the location and garage space, but some maintenance and comfort improvements—particularly with the AC and bathroom fixtures—would make the stay much better.

Cute place!

Everything was great. The place is just as cute and clean as the pictures. It’s so close to the beach and the property manager was great with communication and responding quickly. We are picky on beds and both beds are very comfortable

A Little Slice of Peace
