Welcome to Mt Ever Rest, our stunning new cabin located in the heart of Powder House Pass Development in Lead, SD. This luxurious cabin offers six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to 18 people to stay comfortably. With three master suites, this cabin is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to share a getaway while still enjoying some privacy.

Our brand new cabin will be completed in May of 2023 and is beautifully finished and decorated, with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the fireplace in the living room, or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the game room. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and dine together. Outside, gather around the firepit, soak in the hot tub, or grill up some burgers on the BBQ.

Located in Powder House Pass Development, guests of Mt Ever Rest will have access to two community pools and a splash park, perfect for family fun and relaxation on warm days. Additionally, the cabin is located close to the Mickelson Trail, a 109-mile trail that provides breathtaking views of the surrounding Black Hills and is ideal for hiking, biking, or horseback riding.

Great house for a big group

This house was perfect for 4 families and kids. The community pool was a nice touch and the basketball hoops was also a hit.

What an amazing rental!

Large well-equipped property in a beautiful setting

We stayed for a week with four families across three generations. We appreciated the open layout and plenty of space, as well as easy access to the outdoors from the doorstep. The hosts were super responsive and provided everything that was needed for an excellent week.

Amazing Home

Our stay was phenomenal. The house is fantastic with plenty of space for everyone. They spared no expense on amenities and thought of everything you could possibly need from fluffy towels to every kitchen gadget! I would come back here every time we are in the area!

Family July 4 Vacation

There were 11 of us (4 children and 7 adults). This home provided more than enough space-extraordinarily so, really (with 6 king-sized beds). Kitchen, Dining & Great Room are fantastic for a large family! Grill & hot tub are top notch. Location is perfect for accessing all that the Black Hills has to offer for a family vacation! Shane (the property manager) was wonderful to work with-quick to answer questions and available and responsive when needed!

Summer family vacation!

My sisters and our families stayed all together in this beautiful house! There was so much room and space for everyone(total of 19 of us when family that lives in SD came over). Kids loved the game room to hang out in. Us adults love the open main floor plan to hang out and cook together! Pool was a great space to take the kids to burn off some energy. King size beds in all the rooms were what sold us on this home, its definitely a must! Thank you for making this trip so special for all of us!

Great House

Our family stayed at this house and it was perfect for our group of 18. Location is great. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We could all sit around the table and enjoy meals together which was awesome for a group our size. Kitchen is well equipped. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The property manager was great and he made sure he checked in with me throughout the week. He was very responsive when I had a question. This was one of the best VRBO experiences my family has had.

This was a great place to stay! It was perfect for our family. We have 5 kids with spouses and grandkids, and everyone had their own space. It had lots of beds and great amenities. Not sure we could have found a more perfect house.It had lots of kitchen items including a Keurig and drip coffee pot, crockpot, griddle, lots of pots and pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. I packed so much that was not needed. This house was well stocked. We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and all the outdoor seating. The host was very responsive. We did not lack for anything.
