Incredible views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom await you! The unobstructed view over the beaver pond in the Town of Telluride is absolutely stunning of Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls. This beautiful condo is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, towels and linens. The entire condo has been completely remodeled with up to date appliances, lighting, sound systems, and furnishings. The Master bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen TV, ample closet space, windows that face the end of the valley and overlook the San Miguel River. The en suite Master bathroom has a stand alone soaking tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located very close in the hallway and is a beautiful natural stone decor. The open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for a family gathering around the fireplace and large flat screen TV! The living room leather couch is a sofa sleeper. And the views from the living room are the most sought after view in all of Telluride! It is an unobstructed view over the beaver pond to Ingram Falls and Ajax Peak.

Off street parking for one vehicle per unit is available. The Riverside Condos are close to all the fabulous outdoor activities our area has to offer. The Bear Creek Trail is literally steps away, and the free Gondola is around the block! Fly fishing is literally accessible right out the back door. Ski access is just a block down the River Trail to the base of Lift 8 and Station Telluride Gondola. You are sure to enjoy the beauty of Buena Vista at Riverside!

We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. This location was perfect walking distance to the gondola and downtown telluride. The view from the back porch was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Impressive space in perfect location

Two couples with young children and the home was perfect. Clean with everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay. Walk to the lift for skiing and all the town has to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a perfect experience here. The place was perfect for our small group. The master shower was awesome! Plenty of space and in a great location with the lifts trails and town all right nearby. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Our next time in Telluride we would love to come back.

Buena Vista is a Beauty

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked. Perfect for our group of four - the fold-out couch could accommodate 2 more. But what really makes this place is the location. The view from the back door is spectacular. And then you can step out onto a trail along the river. Or go out the front for a short walk to town and the gondola.

Great Condo in a perfect location

Well appointed condo with great creature comfort upgrades like heated tile floors, Sonos surround sound, and tempur pedic beds. Management company was great to work with and left a nice welcome bag with needed gifts like sunscreen and lip balm. Easy checkin and checkout process. Unit is next to Hot Tub, and just a few blocks from everything you need.

Everything you need

We loved and enjoyed every minute at Buena Vista Condo. The condo has everything you need. I love how many spices there are in the kitchen for us to use. We went during Christmas week and the kids spent a lot of time in the patio area playing snow. The view from the patio is breathtaking and that makes us wanna go back in the summer. The hot tub is just right next door to the condo. The location is great as it’s super close to everything. Don’t hesitate. If it’s available on your dates, just book it!

It’s a little tired. It’s location is good as are it’s “bones’ but the place seems like maintenance has been sparse for some time. Also, 70% of the closet space is locked up and unavailable which makes a small apartment seem even smaller . It’s Wotan staying at but could use some refreshing

The condo is in a great location. The living space also great. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Two couples occupied this condo. Very disappointed in the second bedroom. Not only was it very small but did not have the space for much of our clothes as the owners had most of the drawers locked. Very little closet space to hang anything as the washer, dryer and an assortment of other items occupied the rest of the space. There was not ever space on the floor for luggage. Too small for a week stay. Made it very difficult to find any space to put ski clothes. The master bedroom was very spacious but also had too many areas locked up. So, great for the couple staying in the master. Miserable for the couple staying the the second bedroom.

Can’t beat the view

Beautiful lower level condo located very close to great restaurants, shops, hiking trail heads, and gondola. When you walk in the view is breathtaking. Mountains and beaver pond. It is ground level on one side but down just a few stair from parking lot. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful appliances, but sometimes it’s the little things provided like coffee, coffee filters, saran, foil, bags… You get the point. Tempur-pedic bed and a large variety of pillows to choose from. Beautiful bathrooms, much thought put into it. It had a wonderful soaking tub in the master or at least it would have been if it came with the right plug (wouldn’t hold water) Easy fix. Does not feel like a rental. Great area outside door to condo to remove shoes but could use a small bench. There is a hot tub located next to the condo. Although it is a shared hot tub we never saw anyone using it. Would stay here again. Our friends , who were staying at a beautiful hotel, visited us at the condo. It was wonderful to have downtime together here. They are coming back in winter and wanted to rent it as well.

Wonderful location in Telluride

The downtown location of this condo is so much closer than Mountain Village. Very nice condo, many amenities including Sonos speakers everywhere. The view of Ingram Falls and Bridal Veil Falls right out the back door is awesome! One small nit, the ice maker would not make ice :-(.
