LIVING ROOM
Relax in our comfy living room after a busy day. We've got a fancy 4k Roku Smart TV for entertainment. Our modern design makes it a peaceful spot for you to unwind.

KITCHEN
Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you will find all the items you could need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

BEDROOM
In Bedroom 1, enjoy a great night's sleep in the wonderfully comfortable King bed with plush pillows, ample space to spread out, and a Smart TV for seamless entertainment. Forget feeling cramped; this spacious room even features its own desk for your on-the-go workstation needs. In Bedroom 2, jump into the ultra-comfy Queen bed for a restful sleep, accompanied by its own Smart TV for bedtime viewing pleasure. Like the first bedroom, this room is also generously sized and includes its own desk setup for added convenience.

BATHROOM
Clean up in our big, squeaky-clean bathroom. We've stocked it with soft towels and all the toiletries you might need, including some extras for the ladies.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

BACKYARD
Chill out in our backyard, where we have a nice fire pit for cool evenings.

Getting Around:
Right in the heart of Old Colorado City, you are mere blocks and walking distance from delicious food, incredible drinks, and some sweet boutique shopping!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This is the upstairs unit. We rent out the basement separately, but no worries as both units have their own private entrances with smart locks!
